Benishin was a good prof! All questions were very specific to her notes, very little understanding involved, make sure you memorize the little things that seem trivial - don't bother reading text for this section. She answered emails pronto & gave sufficiently informative answers. Overall, boring but wouldn't mind having her again :)

Her notes are actually great and well organized, which is a relief because she is not a very good lecturer. She goes through everythingg so fast but there's really no need to even attend because all you need to know is in the notes. I barey paid attention but aced her section in the test.

Her notes were solid, and good during exam time. Her voice was quiet and sounded distant, making her hard to pay attention to in lecture. Nothing particularly special. Her exam questions were easy.

Excellent prof, in my opinion the best of this class. She was extremely clear, her notes were very easy to follow, she went directly from the text so it was easy to read through before the class to get an overview or to reference material she explained. I found it best to just sit back and listen during the class instead of taking notes, although s

oi, this prof... she talks so fast and she sped through all her slides. i didn't really have enough time to jot down anything she said so i ended up reading the textbook for her section. thumbs up for the textbook though. it was so clear and explained everything she skimmed through that were actually important when it came to the exam.

She is the worst prof I've had so far for this course. Her notes a horrible. Save a tree and some ink and dont even bother printing them out because 1. its straight out of the text, 2. she goes to fast for you to write anything useful, and 3. just read the textbook. it will save your life.

She is the rudest professor ever. Just try e-mailing her to ask her something about the exam.. she might reply the three words, "LOOK AT NOTES" (with caps lock too)

shes not terrible, she goes fast, she name drops, but she emphasizes whats important and dwells on things she knows students have trouble understanding. You'll never be able to catch up to her with writing, but if you write down key words you're fine. I got 100% on her part of the midterm and I didnt read the book once, just skimmed her notes.

I dont get some of these posts here. I think Dr.Benshin was the best one, out of all of them. Her notes realted to the textbook, and if you payed attention in class, you would understand them. Unlike barton's notes which are diagrams that no one understands, and there is no correlation with the book.

She was terrible! Her notes were incredibly messy with no headings, and random terms which come out of no where without explainations. Most of the slides are taken straight out of the textbook, so I suggest you read that instead of her notes. Warning: Studying her notes may result in screaming, loss of hair, swearing, and major confusion & stress.

Goes WAY too fast through her notes. People just begin to doze in class because she speaks so fast you lose the will to listen and keep up. Notes are a bit everywhere too. She spends a great amount of time on each slide but at the end of her blurb you don't know what's important anymore. She's not clear in emphasizing what you need to know.

I agree with the majority of these people. She ripped through her lecture notes and spoke an incredible amount of everything, so it was kind of difficult to decipher the importance of each lecture slide.

not a good prof. She didn't explain concepts clearly and just rushed through the slides, even through what seemed to be important concepts. I would definitely suggest reading the textbook for her section.

wow is this ever a bad teacher. just...wow. i've had some 'doozies', but this one takes the cake. some profs you can say "at least they're smart, they're just bad teachers". she is neither smart, nor a good teacher. completely butchered my favorite topic - cardio - with useless junk about receptors. we didn't even learn the major blood vessles!

Her notes were figures straight from the textbook. She would go over 30 slides in one lecture. Was not a clear speaker, and didn't make the lecture material she was teaching interesting. Lastly her exam questions are the hardest of all the other prof's.

Ugh, I took this class years ago and the bad memories of her section remain vivid. Awful, just awful. Her notes didn't match our handouts, she talked too fast, and didn't answer questions! I caught an error she made (I'd taken the concept in another class) and she got mad and wouldn't explain it!
