After taking her class i was INspirEed to never take her again. Its not that its hard. She makes it hard. Horrible professor doesn't explain well. She inspired me to just take another professor. If you care about your time then don't take this professor, because she is a waste of time.

I took her online econ course 16 weeks. She is very helpful and gives good feedback. She offers online lectures and assigns weekly homework in unit folders. A week's worth of homework will include a 10 question assignment (grades for completion) and a 10 question quiz or two, depending on chapter material. 1 group project, grade is nonweighted.

Not many lecture notes, didn't use any examples from the book. Quizzes and test were very tricky. Group project and group final with no one in my group. She was not very helpful and I would not recommend taking this class with her.

Say what you want about her quirks and occasional monotony, she is a great teacher that knows much about the subject. If you are mature enough to get past some of those quirks and boring days and show up to learn, you will learn the subject. After that, simply study and you will do well on the very reasonable tests.

Freddie is like all of our teachers, she has a life. I took this class because I wanted 2 know more about our government and I left with much more. Rambles a bit, but if u listen, she always has a lesson. Take if u r serious about econ. Great info out of class too. Cool woman, the older u are, the older you've lived through! Microeconomics Online course summer '10. Alot of work and required a group project which doesn't really make too much sense with an online course. Dropped the class after 3 weeks b/c taking calc at same time and math was a larger priority for me

I took her MacroEconomics in Summer 2010. She knows the materials very well and very enthusiastic answer students' questions. A nice teacher with sense of humor and willing to work with students. Her test is somewhat difficult and a lot of works need to be done. Very recommended to take her class if your major are economics related.

Definitely a lot of work. She knows what she's talking about and is always available to answer questions. Funny woman and does tend hit some funny tangents in lecture. Def read the book, took honors & only had to write a 10 page paper instead of 6 and lead study groups. You'll leave knowing a lot more than you thought if you give her a chance

I took both 120 and 121 with Mrs. Carr. Class is pretty simple if you pay attention and take good notes. 3 test and a final. Takes best 2 out of 3 on test and final is with a group open book and open note. A couple of quizzes on blackboard and hw assignments. Answers to hw on blackboard. Pretty simple. Take the class!!!

You will learn Economics and how it pertains to the real world in this class. If you are looking for an easy A consider Dobre. The class was manageable, my only complaint is that it wasn't very clear on one occasion or two on what was expected of the student on the tests. So stay after and ask! Other than that great class and teacher.

Take good notes, a lot of the stuff on the tests come directly from the notes. Requires some arithmatic and pre-algebraic skills. Three tests - drops your lowest grade - & a final. Offers some extra credit. One personal write-up and one group presentation. Don't take this class unless you can do simple math, take good notes, & interpret graphs!!!

Horrible teacher. Doesnt explain anything well. Shes all over the place and confuses her self as well as you. Even if you concentrate and dont fall asleep, you ll still be lost. Ignore everything she says and use the book

She is a very nice lady, but do not take this class unless you REALLY enjoy and understand economics. Her notes are ALL over the place...very very hard to follow. She doesn't explain things very well. She takes role at the end of class. There are 3 tests-she drops one of your lowest scores. The final is a group final.

Very nice person, takes roll at end of class.Knows what she's talking about, BUT if you don't like to read, DONT take her, because her notes are very hard to copy down. Very disorganized. The only way to do good is to actually read the book

Tests are not that hard if u read through the book and the notes she gives. Nice, helpful teacher. She takes attendance in the end of the class.
