I loved this class--Alison is really nice and extremely knowledgeable, and I found the subject matter really interesting. I learned a lot about things I'd never even thought about before. The class was pretty easy, although I had the honors section, which had some extra, slightly harder stuff.

I really liked her as a teacher & I think she made this subject as interesting as it could possibly be. If you go to class & read the book there's no way you shouldn't have an A. She's really nice & wants you to do well. She let's you drop a ton of grades, too, which is helpful if you skip a lot like I did.

Comment:

Fox is a nice, enjoyable, considerate professor. Although the material could have been condensed into a week's worth of lecture, it was still interesting. I barely read the book, didn't print out the lecture notes, but did attend all of the lectures except for one- and paid attention. I earned an A in the class, and was able to skip the final.

Comment:

Bio invaders is the best gen ed decision I ever made! Easy tests, printable lecture notes. Come to class to fill in your lecture notes and the A is a guarantee. Get to drop a test (or better skip the final) The textbook is clear and easy to understand. Topic is interesting and Prof. Fox makes it fun too! Take this class and make your life easier.

Alison is an amazing teacher and the class was really well taught... didn't know what i was getting myself into, now i'm really glad i took the course. it was really easy and fun! i now enjoy the topic and recommend this class to anyone who's even slightly interested!

The lecture portion was at times a snooze, but the material itself is kind of an eye-opener when you realize what is really happening to the planet. The mult-choice, fill in the blank, short-answer exams were a breeze. The Honors section had some genuinely interesting topics, but it felt like some things got discussed to death every single week.

Really good teacher- especially for the honors program. The class is fun and REALLY EASY!!! Great GPA booster.
