He puts corrections at a certain cutoff grade. Say you got 70% on your test, but the cutoff is at 65%. Basically, the guy who got a D does better than you because corrections are available to them. Very unfair. Don't like anything about him.

Kind of hilarious that this guy is teaching. Speaks softly during lectures and often gets lost in his own work. His lectures drag on forever, mostly because he takes forever just going over simple topics. If you want to pass his class you're going to have to teach yourself the subject through reading. Good luck if you took his course lol

The thing about Professor Snow is that he is a bit confusing in his lectures. The best way to learn in this class is through the homework and book. Even so, his lectures do help you to have a basic understanding of the Chapter. I liked professor Snow; he cares for his students and does want them to succeed.

the course is not for lazy student, or anyone who needs to be though. He does not teach anything and when he does you can not understand the explanation. i personally hired a tutor to teach me the entire course. so if you're not naturally gifted in stats or cant afford a tutor since the tutor center doesnt teach statistics DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS.

Very nice guy. He seems patient with students, but he is not much of a teacher. Being in class was almost pointless as we never seemed to have a concrete lesson. I'd walk away wondering what he was trying to teach. Partially online. Almost everything you learn will have to be on your absolute own.

Professor Frank is a good teacher, very understanding. Homework, assignment, lab and group project all are quiet resonable. He grades very easy. Easy to get an A - if you study on your own through book.

He is a easy-going teacher.He doen't mind if you don't come to classroom, or you can leave when he is teaching. Thes problem is he doen't teach the Math 10 well, and we don't understand what he is talk about. However, the quiz is very easy if we study by our own.

Snow is a very good math teacher. although he has a low rating he matches up with the best stats teachers at de anza. took a teacher before that was rated a 5 and dropped out the second week because the difficulty of his class. snow is the best ur gna get for a stats teacher at de anza. mainly online homework thats due weekly

Statistics sucks no matter who you take it with. Snow is a very good teacher. You have to do your part (homework)in this class to do well no matter who you take it with. He has a lot of energy (makes a big difference) and is very approachable. Just be sure to join a group who is serious about the class.

His not very helpful, gives you lots of work like projects and Lab work, for a Math class??? give a quiz for every chapter and exam for every four chapters and a final exam on everything. there are 800 pts available. Doesnt teach or give info too well. lets just say that I've learned more from my tutor than I did from him. I received a B- ......

Had to drop the class because I felt I couldn't be true to my "Dark Side of the Force" J/K. I mean I am a Star Wars fan but not obsessed. Snow was not very informative on his topics and sometimes would loose his place after writing for 10 minutes and would have to go back and correct himself which got very confusing!

It's possible to get an A in this class, but not easy. i got lucky because I had a good group, and that determines a third of your grade. His style is boring, and disorganized, but he's willing to answer any questions and the tests are not extrememly hard

I DROPPED AFTER THE FISRT DAY. HE MADE IT VERY CLEAR THAT IF U NEEDED ANY HELP AT ALL U HAVE TO ASK OTHER CLASSMATES AND NOT HIM. LOVES STAR WARS AND QUOTES THE MOVIE ALL THE TIME, VERY ANNOYING. GOOD LUCK ALL U FUTURE JEDI'S (AS HE WOULD SAY)
