Mr.O is a rare professor to find. He's a very informal teacher and speaks to us respectfully. I don't like skipping his class because it's actually entertaining and he makes the subject interesting. He makes sure that we know what's on the test.

Mr. Osowski is extremely educated on the subject he teaches and has first hand experience. Hes a wonderful caring man and I took almost every class that was offered by mr. Osowski.

Took him for Police and the Community. Not really an easy A. He's a terrible professor. Doesn't know what he's talking about most of the time. Nice person, but UMD wasted money hiring him as a professor. Should have stayed at HFCC

I liked this class. I earned an A, and I learned so much. Mr.O is really kind, and he wants students to learn. He may pick on you, but he is just trying to make you laugh. The class is mainly lectures, but he makes them very interesting and fun. I would say go to class, try your best, take good notes, and read the book briefly.

Comment:

Amazing, kind hearted man who honestly loves teaching. Very open minded and puts into consideration what others have to say, even if he doesn't agree with you. Engages the students in the class by constantly making jokes and telling life stories. You won't regret taking him. As for tests and quizzes, the questions are pretty concrete but READ! :)

Best criminal justice teacher ever! He's very funny and caring. He'll make sure you know the information needed. Very easy class if you study. The notes he gives are what the tests consists of. He's willing to help you out as long as you do what he asks.

He's awesome! I genuinely enjoyed his class and ended up passing with a B+. It's not hard, but you need to put in study time. Attendance helps a lot. He's super understanding, I would 10000% recommend him!!

I had Mr. Osowski in the winter 2016 semester he's a great guy and great teacher who really cares about the decisions his students make in life. I learned a lot about criminal justice through his lectures and he wants to keep his students out of trouble so if he picks on you don't take it seriously! He's just testing you. I miss his class. H.E.

He is an amazing teacher, I had him for CRJ 131 a couple semesters back and he is one of my favorite professors I've ever had as a college student. As long as you show up and take good notes you won't have a problem passing his classes.

He was the best professor I had sofar at HFC. He was sarcastic, and intelligent. He had creative ways to teach the class. He will make sure you feel comfortable, and helps encourage class participation. If you didn't pass the tests (and/or the class) you were really trying to fail. I was upset I couldn't have him for a class next semester

He is also hilarious! one thing i hated about his class is the amount of time he spent talking about his life. He would teach for 5 min the go off about his life. His class is so very extremely boring. He gives no homework besides reading parts of the book. All you do is notes and most of them aren't even on the quizzes and every week expect a quiz
