He's cute and humorous, gives critical feedback but very compassionate. Accessible outside class and very flexible and understanding. Class very interactive and creative, exams are short answer based. Final is a case study and he gave the case to us before the exam. During class time we got to practice CBT skills. A very practical and useful course

If you wanna work as a clinician, go for it. But if not, still go for it. This is such an amazing class, what you'll learn is beyond the materials, because CBT can be applied in every single aspect in our lives. I had Trichotillomania before, and prof Bradley taught us active coping methods to control my behavior. Ps and it's not hard to get an A!

A friend of mine recommends me about this class and she took this class like 10 yrs ago! Dr B is very experienced and professional. The course material is not very hard, but very useful. You have to defi understand it to get an A but it's not hard at all. There are a few presentations and 3 quizzes, marked fairly and class average was pretty high.

This class is very different from other psychology classes. There's no textbook required and Prof. B gave us his own notes used for teaching the class and it's all practical materials that he summarized. Due to the small class size, Prof. B encourages us to do several presentations and role play of different theme cases. Creative and lots of fun!!!

This is definitely the best Psychology class I have ever taken at McGill. Dr. B is the most passionate and caring professor in department of psychology. He's approachable, flexible and willing to share his experience as a clinician. The CBT class is definitely the most popular class of my year and I waited for quite a few months just to get a spot!

Overall I didn't enjoy his class at all. His material is not interesting, his approach towards teaching, and the students is rough and rude. He gives off a strong vibe that he simply doesn't care about teaching. When others ask questions, he's very direct and straightforward in a border line unkind manner. Look for another professor.

I learned nothing from this class, not challenging at all. I already knew all the material that was discussed (I am a U3 student though!) The assignments were easy enough but very useless. Also when trying to speak to the prof, he completely blew me off a number of times. Not at all approachable! One of the worst class I took at Mcgill!

I am a thrid year student and this is the best class i have ever taken at McGill. Prof Bradley encourages his students to take part in the lectures, you will work in groups which is amazing since you actually get to interact with other students and he makes the material extremely interesting. If you are a psych undergrad, you must take this class

Such a genuinely bright and caring prof. He actually treats his students like people andhe doesn't get off on torturing his little piggies. His tests are fair, but not easy, and he really restored my faith in McGill's education system, which - depending on the prof - can be as much fun as sticking a burning hot fork in your eye.

Bradley is just awesome. A VERY nice guy. The class is quite interactive since it's small. He has us do group assignments and sometimes get into teams to do in-class work. There are a lot of unwieldy notes to download and subsequently memorize, but he does this so that we can actually listen rather than worry about scribbling down every word.

This was a great class! All the things you need to know are in the handouts. If you missed class, no big deal but its a good class and even though its at 830 I rarely missed it. If you put in the work, you'll get a great grade. Bradley is VERY helpful and gives lots of feedback when asked! TAKE it!!
