Professor Salahat is super kind, and really makes sure his students understand the material. He uses stat crunch in this class and it makes it 100% easier!!! If you are worried about stats TAKE HIM! I am so glad I took him over any other statistic prof. 10/10 recommend.

Amazing teacher! Truly cares about his student and making sure they understand the materials. He will stay after class and go over any questions you may have, he also replies quickly to emails. I recommend him especially if you struggle in stats and have to take MTH213.

Really nice and actually cares that you succeed. Very easy to work with and can always be available to help. Always about making things work for everyone and allows notes on test. If you dont miss class hell drop lowest quiz grade. :)

Very helpful. He cares if you pass and wants to help you succeed. He makes sure that you understand what's going on and will go over it as many times as you need. If you have questions about homework you just have to ask and he will help you through it. You do have to go to class, but going to class makes it way easier to understand.

Online class, went great. Professor Salahat has a great selection of videos on how to use StatCrunch to be successful in his class. Answers emails promptly. Fair system for homework (100% possible, just keep working problems). Tests are straightforward, from the homework. No tricks. If you do well on homework you will do fine on tests.

Very kind teacher. Very funny he wants you to do your best. Attendance is important to him because without being in class you wont get to understand how to use MyStatLab. He is willing to fix answers on test if you are off a point or so and is very easy to contact for help understanding a chapter. He uses alot of examples in class to help as well.

This is the best teacher Ive had at my time at Owens. He gives you options. Learn by hand ( the long way) or use technology (stat crunch). The way he teaches both is easy to understand. Hes a very funny, understanding man. I even had to bring my 10 year old one day and he didnt mind. Wish more taught like him. Highly recommended.

One of the best professors I've ever had. He is extremely admirable, it's hard to miss a class because he makes them entertaining. I always looked forward to attending. Professor Salahat wants you to succeed, so he stresses going over any work in class and answering ANY&EVERY question and takes you through a lot of examples to help you understand.

Math is not my strongest subject but he did an excellent job of explaining things. His grading is lenient but that's not what makes this class easier than others, it's that he does a great job of explaining things and provides a lot of resources so that you'll succeed. Plus, he's hilarious. His class was 2hrs long at 8 am and still motivating go to.

Very happy, chill guy. Tests are exactly what the homework is so I suggest writing down every problem. all test in home, even final. this class was an Easy A.

The entire class is him reading off his power points. He gives online homework but gives many days to complete it. Very happy, chill guy. Tests are exactly what the homework is so I suggest writing down every problem. I hate math and this class was an Easy A.

Amazing professor, highly recommend having him as a stats teacher. I heard all the other professors for stats are harder. He is amazing at lecturing I have never been confused in his class. You are given long time period to complete homework which is nice because then you aren't cramming in one day. Exams are very similar to the practice exams

I am no math whiz and I got a B in the class. It was my error and would have easily gotten an A which I will explain . Make sure to open stat crunch before you start your exam because you may not be able to after you start the exam. All is done online. He has his own step by step videos and teaches the subject better than the math website.

Although he explained everything in lecture, it was a lot of info to remember. All homework is online and so are the test. He curved your grade. Always willing to help when needed. If you missed class, he didn't care as long as you emailed an excuse on why. You can tell he loves his job. I thought he was awesome.

I took him for statistics and he was great! Everything is online and he shows you how to do all the problems by hand and through Statcrunch. He gives you a lot of time to the homework which is normally around 30 questions! He's extremely nice and caring and makes it easy to understand! Would definately recommend taking him!!!

OVERALL GREAT TEACHER, EXPLAINS EVERYTHING IS ONLINE AND SUPER EASY WITH STAT CRUNCH. YOU GET A WEEK TO COMPLETE EVERY ASSIGNMENT IF YOU KEEP UP. HE DOES ALLOW LATE ASSIGNMENTS BUT WITH A 10% PENALTY.
