Comment:

Szczepanski isn't terrrrrrible. But he's definitely not the easiest person to get along with. He'll tease students, and the workload is INSANE. I had him at Flagler (he's a visiting Prof. there) for an honors class. We had essays due every Friday, and minor writing assignments every class. At the end of the semester, there was a 15 page paper.

I loved this class! Kinda disappointed to read comments about him being gay because I had such a big crush on him! Lol Oh well, I'm not great with grammar but I did better in his class than I've done in previous grammar classes.

Took him online... doesnt respond to any emails... however his assignments are soooo easy, 1 or 2 journal per week, but we had a 20 page research paper to do, but it barely involved any research (true story) -- 5 pages do every week... TAKE THIS CLASS

Jay is hilarious. He's a really nice person and just so you know, he is gay. Watch what you say in his class. He is fair and understanding. Best teacher in 3 years at FSU.

AWESOME TEACHER! bow down to the king of english! he is amazing - there is a heavy work load, but i did take him in summer so it was crammed into 6 weeks. I do agree with someone when they said you need to have thick skin to take his class - if you are easlily offended then DONT take this class. I actaully looked fwd. to going to this class!

This guy is so cool. I dont say that about professors but we just sit back and make satirical comments throughout the entire class. Difficult teacher but he'll give you help if you need it. I recomend him only if u have a think skin cause he really is sarcastic. I love it, he's just a regular guy.

This class was the most interesting, fun, and beneficial class I have taken thus far. Makes the class worth all the effort, money,and time. Really cares about you as an individual writer and to help you develop. I recommend him!!

He's really an incredible teacher. If you can take him, definitely do it. He makes you really enjoy writing, no matter how good or bad of one you are. He's willing to help you whenever, and the workload isn't that bad.

He seems really hard but hes an amazing teacher. Makes you really enjoy writing. If your going to take Enc 1101 I relaly recommenc you look this guy up. He is really laid back and makes class interesting. Its worth the hard work.
