Comment:

Class consists of copying notes straight from the over head. Odom really know his stuff but it is so hard to pay attention in class. The tests are 25 question multiple choice and old tests help alot.

His class is easy and I went to the first 3 lectures, decided it wasn't worth attending after that, got A's on all the lecture tests. Went to all the labs, made A's on all of those tests. If you have taken any geology class ever, you should do beyond his expectations.

This man is adorable! And possibly one of the best teachers i've ever had. Don't need a book at all. exams are short and come straight from the notes! only a little math/formulas.he's so nice, take him!

Explains the material thoroughly and everything, he is just very monotoned. I had the man at 8 in the morning and this was the only class I fell asleep in during my entire academic career. Drink lots of coffe before attending; see if you can get him to drink some as well.

He is a nice guy but his tests are very ramdom and kinda hard if you aren't a science person. I would recommend taking this class over Geology though.

This class was not that bad, even though I wanted to fall asleep sometimes. Tests come straigt from the notes and are all multiple choice. I would recommend this class if you're looking for a class that doesn't require much effort.

VERRRRRRRRRRRY BORING!! Class is optional, but you basically have to go b/c notes are what the test is comprised of! He gives a lot of very unuseful information and the test are very random!!!!!!!!!

Odom was a very helpful professor. I really enjoyed his class and not to hard. His test were all multiple choice so not to bad. This class is no longer available.

Comment:

Easy class. Basically a review of Geology. Odom was very straightforeward. Kinda funny as to how straigh-laced he is. No sense of humor, no personality, but not a hard teacher at all.
