Comment:
Dr. Anderson's lecture style offers the information students need to pass the class but fails to engage students. A frequent response is that he wasn't that hard, but you won't learn much. I had him when he was on probation. Even on his best behavior a lot of his banter leaves students uncomfortable.

Comment:
This professor does not know what he wants and has been rude to many students. He is not helpful and often times provides feedback that is not conducive to improvement. He shows little care for helping students succeed and makes fun of students in class. Worst class I have taken in my 4-year college experience.

This professor cannot make up his mind what he wants. No matter what you write for a paper he will tell you it is wrong and that you did not do it right. His favorite line is this is not college level work. An ironic statement from someone whose own handouts and writings are filled with grammatical errors and typos. Proofread yourself.

He shows lots of awesome pictures from his travels, especially in Turkey and other Biblical lands! He likes technology, but don't ever get caught using your tech for anything but educational purposes in class! Classes are tough, but they make you think. He appreciates effort, a good attitude, & respectfulness.

An amazing professor with a true heart for students. My entire class loved him and was very engaged. He is often perceived in a wrong way though, mostly because students cannot handle actually being expected to do work or pay attention. If you want to learn, take his classes. If you cannot handle obligation, stay away.

EXCELLENT PROF! Dr. Anderson teaches with great clarity and in an entertaining manner. He has a tendency to get sidetracked and then run over time, but he knows his material and will take time to help students out individually!

Boring, arrogant, not always right but thinks he is. If that sounds like fun feel free to go. Otherwise do what I did after the first semester and stay as far away as you can from any class he teaches.

His tests were designed to confuse you, For example multiple choice would have 62, 63, 64 AD for one answer. He also attempts to accuse someone for plagiarism each class.

I thought he was very entertaining while bringing a vast depth of knowledge to the classroom. He can be difficult if you don't study, but otherwise his work load is reasonable. He is very easy to talk to, and he loves interacting with students.

I'm a theology major, and I really enjoyed Dr. A's NT course. I'm taking him for TH 300 next semester. I don't always agree with him, but he's a great guy. Someone I'd have a beer with! Well, at least a Philly Cheese Steak!

Dr. Anderson is an excellent professor that is well educated in his field and also demonstrates a pastor's heart. Not only did I learn much from his class, but he willingly met with me to give me some spiritual guidance as I was working through my call to ministry. He is an excellent professor and a man of God.

The most arrogant prof I have ever had. His self righteousness is repulsive and definitely gets in the way of his teaching. You would think that for being a man teaching Biblical principles he would have more humility and less pride. Students beware, DO NOT take a CLASS with him if you can help it.

As long as you take notes in the class and read the material out of class you'll be fine. But make sure you study a lot for the test. There's a lot of information and you never know what questions he'll pull out.
