Comment:

Dr. Green is a brilliant professor as is Dr. Camenker. They have made Seminole State College's Legal Assistant/Paralegal program the phenomenal success it is today. In Central Fla the graduates of this program are highly respected. In particular, he teaches what is really important to know and what is needed to succeed. I'm grateful for Dr. Green.

Dr. Green is a great professor. He really prepares students for working as a paralegal in a law office. Classes are not easy but, neither is the real world. I wish the professors at UCF were more like Dr. Green!

SSC has an ABA approved legal studies program and Dr. Green expects students to learn the materials necessary to represent the school and the program in the real world. I had six classes with him: 3 A's and 3 B's. You must attend class after pre-reading the material. Ask educated questions that showed you did the prep work. Take notes and study

Comment:

Actually a good teacher. Some people complain he assigns busy work he doesn't grade, but those assignments helped me learn. Very clear about expectations. Go to class, take good notes and you won't have any trouble. Seems to understand what lawyers look for in paralegals. Definitely condescending, though, and misses class frequently.

One of the worst experiences of my life. I have since transfered to another school. Both he and Camenker have no business teaching. They both embody the definition of the word TOOL. They are both the most selfish, narcissistic individuals I have ever been confronted with. How they remain employed is the million dollar question. TERRIBLE PEOPLE

Dr. Green is an excellent teacher when he actually shows up. Unfortunately his grading is biased. I dropped the program and took it at a different school because of him. I would not recommend taking him as a professor. try taking the came class at a different school and just transfer the credit back to SSC.

Dr. Green is a great teacher, he is very straightforward and tells you what he wants from day one! He shows you how you will be expected to act in a law firm. I have taken every class with him and I have learned more from him than any other teacher. The people who are bad mouthing him are too lazy to do the work required to pass his class!!!!

I had him for two classes and I got an A in both. His tests are hard and you need to be in class to know what he wants on his tests. He was in class only half of the time and the other half he gives you busy work that he NEVER graded or gave you any feedback. If you want to learn anything take Camenker or Hetzel.

I would have appreciated some feedback or grades on my assignments from this teacher. I have no idea where I stand in this class. He has lectured maybe three times the entire semester and it was mostly about how we should conduct ourselves not on course materials. This teacher is extremely arrogant and I am considering transfering to Valencia!

Professor Green is a procrastinator and sloppy.He does not give assignments back and at the end of the sememster gives you a grade, not the grade you deserve. I left the Paralegal program in my last semester because of him, I lacked 3/4 of a point for a B? RETIRE Dr. Green!

I took all but 3 of my legal studies classes from Dr. Green and could not have asked for a more thorough professor. He was always there to help, whether by phone or in person. Yes, he did make you work for your grades but it was well worth it. I was very prepared when I went out and joined the legal community and I thank him for that.

Comment:

Dr. Green while not easy, prepares you for working in a real law firm. Attorneys and paralegals are on "billable time" and do not have time to hold your hand while you are figuring out how to do your job. Dr. Green makes you do "skull sweat" for the answer, which is how it is in real life. I have worked as a paralegal for 3 years now.
