Run as fast as you can away from this professor. She did not teach us a thing about Sociology. I learned no key concepts, nothing, zilch. She went of topic a lot and discussed irrelevant issues.

She is a worthless teacher. You HAVE to teach yourself by reading the text thoroughly because her lectures and power points contain minimal information. She rambles about nothing and very loudly at that. She thinks she is always rightso don't bother arguing with her. Study study study the text on your own if you want an A!!!

Ms. Clark....great person, terrible teacher. I love Ms. Clark, she is funny and classy, but she does not teach the material. I had her for Intro and Marriage and Family and made a B and C respectively. I didn't learn a thing. She can be a little biased on the side of females sometimes but its ok. I do like her but you won't learn anything.

I hope this review finds the right person. Ms. Clark is honestly the worst teacher I've ever had. She does not respond to emails, didn't set up icollege, didn't follow her own syllabus (which didn't have dates on it anyway), shoves her religious views on us, doesn't teach the material (class time is spent with people telling their life stories).

She asked us to do a journal which is okay but I don't really want to open up to a stranger but when she wanted us to show her our household budgets, that was going too far. I just did mine in percentages but still that's crossing the line of what's appropriate.

She talks a lot and loves to eat. The students are allowed to speak their minds which creates a VERY HOSTILE environment. The powerpoints are few and she rarely lectures, so you have to teach yourself the material. She plays favorites with male students and doesn't try to hide it.

She's very straightforward about her views but lets every student express their opinion which makes topics very unclear. You will fail if you don't read the book because the powerpoints only cover a little bit of material. Overall though, she's a great teacher. People don't like her only because they refuse to do any work at home.

Often the lectures pertain nothing of the material that out of the book or on the test. I swear she loves the sound of her voice. She seems arrogant at times. Be prepared to teach yourself because the powerpoints do not help nor or they on icollege and her lectures are empty. Read chapters at lease twice. She picks random things out of them.

Great teacher! My favorite teacher at GPC. Just come to class be involved in discussions, do good on her projects and get on her good side and you will definitely get an A. I have had her twice and would recommend anyone to take her class!

She is a very fun teacher that lets you talk about whatever you want, but she is not very helpful. You need a book because all her test come directly from the book. Sometimes her lectures have nothing to do with class, but they will entertain you. Her syllabi is incorrect and she changes assignments 2 days before they're due.

Hilarious class because it is a zoo- it's definitely entertaining and I had fun. Study a little, participate in the gossip, and "think outside the box," you'll get an A. Find her a husband and get an A+. She's a sharp lady, but kinda reminds me of Mr. Garrison from South Park- very similar teaching styles. She loud too- I can hear her a floor down.

Definately a talker! But she was always polite although maybe a bit opinionated. Think we only did 8 chapters over the semester and we didnt have to take our 3rd test...or the final (awesome!) After a while I just stopped going...period! And still made an A.
