Great lady. At first I thought her frail and old, but after a few classes you could definitely see she was an attorney. Excellent command of subject. Very helpful, clear and concise. Did not waste our time. Sometimes allowed class to go off subject but I enjoyed the discussion. HUGE extra credit chances. Almost no way NOT get an A. Great teacher.

Comment:

Linda is a VERY nice lady. She wants to help, but she knows her field of study very well and I think she assumes that her students know things that they don't know. She doesn't explain what she wants on assignments, so if you want to do well you need to ask to clarify. The tests are open note and open book, but if you want to do well, you need to read the book and take good notes. If you want to actually learn, it's on you. She is a very nice lady, but I didn't learn much except for on my own.

At first, I felt like she was just talking to herself :) I was sitting in the back and almost slept thru the lecture. Then I paid attention to what she had to say about her experience and was glad I took it. I enjoyed the rest of the summer and plus exam is open book, note and you could work with another person too. Easy A

Linda is a nice lady but BORING. Her tests are open book so if you read the chapters you will do just fine and she will normally go over the questions before the exam so be sure to take notes! Homework assignments are easy and just a few.

the sad thing is she is the only one who teaches this course, she would just go off talking about things that did't make sence. i regret this class not one person in my class takes her seriouslly, she does give open book/notes but the notes wont help cause she never talks about anything that ends up on the test

Linda Moran is a very interesting professor. Like the other reviews are saying, she teaches in a really easy manner. The class is very scatter brain and you won't really learn a great deal, but she is super nice and makes it easy to do well. Tests are open note and open book so you've got a lot of room to breath. Skim the book and you'll do fine!

She is very sweet and fun, however very boring. This class is an easy 8, test are open book and she gives 11 out of 10 on all the briefs and such you have to write. The only problem is she tends to just sit and talk and she starts talking out of no where and you never know what she is lecturing on. Its a little frusterating.

Such a sweetheart! The test are multiple choice and open book. A great class if you are taking hard classes, because it's a nice breather from work. Easy A. She is really sweet.

BAD 18 is very intersting class. Linda is so sweet her lecture is boring but there is not alot of work in this class. She offers alot of extra credit make sure to do all the extra credit work. Only two test Midterm and Final both are open book and notes. Just do the onine quizzes because she give some question straight forward from those test.

Take her BAD 18 class. The little amount of homework that is assigned is very simple. Two tests, both open book/notes. Her lectures are boring, but class discussions can be entertaining. Very lenient teacher who offers plenty of easy extra credit.

Her first name is linda btw. She enjoys teaching more than being a lawyer and making money. She went to law school, and has also been a history teacher for a while in her past. Great teacher.
