Professor Daggett provides in depth, deep conversation in her fields. She is willing to sit down and explain material that is often dry in a manner that helps you to understand it. Yes, her tests are hard and the curve is your friend, but she is more than willing to help you through it.

Professor Daggett is easily the best professor at the law school. She starts off the semester by cold-calling students but then slows down as students get more comfortable answering questions. Her exams are not easy, but if you study the material, take her practice exams, and utilize the tutors and her office hours, you should do fine in the class.

Her classes are easy, if you pay attention. She doesn't hide the ball about what you need to know. Practice her old exams and you'll do very well. She also holds open question periods in which students can ask whatever legal questions they want without embarassment. If you don't do well, it's your fault.

Daggett is not only an expert in Torts, but she's a challenging and interesting professor. The class easily moves past the basics to have interesting and funny discussions. It's no surprise that she also has a PHD is education, because she is probably the best educator at the law school. She's also practical and has great advice about everything

She's a fine teacher, but succeeding in her tests is not so clear. Apparently the key to doing well in her class is to write four times the amount of crap than she asks for. In a word, she loves fluff.
