I honestly really enjoyed Marc's class! I don't agree with other ratings saying he is a tough grader. As long as you try to write something somewhat relative to the course he will give you marks. Although lectures can be dry, his stories do relate to class topics and the grading criteria is quite clear. I would definitely take his class again.

worst professor ever. DO NOT take any of his classes. I do not know why he still teaches. he needs to be fired. You do not learn anything in this class AT ALL. other than his previous job in thermostat and his passion for WalMart and cartoon memes. He is the worst. I learned nothing from this class and he does not teach anything from the material.

Marc is wonderful. Course was a 15q MC quiz, 2 4-7 pg papers, midterm, and final. Papers are graded with a default mark of 77% and adjusted on mistakes or good points. Quiz was easy 100%. Midterm and final were fair with expected content. Attending class recommended for videos/discussion. Weekly readings (know them for tests).

Very boring lectures. Make sure you read the textbook because in class topics are typically useless towards testable material. Very particular about grammar. Takes attendance not for marks but just based for his personal info.

Marc is great! I wasn't looking forward to this class, but he really made me enjoy HR. He knows the content is boring and he makes it very interesting with humor and videos. Also reading the text is optional as he covers it in better detail in class. Going to class is highly recommended. I would definitely take a class with him again if I could!

For a class I was not looking forward to, I sincerely enjoyed taking Marc's class. He explains the content very well. Often shows funny clips and comics to keep you engaged. His tests are quite easy and fair. Would take his class again.

Marc's lectures were pretty dang boring, but if you can tough those out this is a great class to take. His midterm was pretty easy and if you follow the instructions for the papers your guaranteed a good mark (he takes grammar seriously). He marks objectively and gives good feedback/really clear grading criteria. Would take again. Easy class

Awesome prof, as someone that had no interest in HR, he made the class very simple and interesting for me. I enjoyed his class as everything was clear by him, and the midterm/final were exactly from the materials taught and nothing ambiguous. it is clear he wants you to do well; however, it is important to work hard for the assignments.

Great Professor! Lectures may seem like you go over nothing but in the end you walk away with a pretty fair understanding of HR. Important concepts are very well highlighted in lectures, readings were supplemental at most. Exams and quizzes were probably on the easier side. Papers were tough, if you wish to do well be original!

Great prof! Super organized. Posts powerpoints but there isn't much information on them. You pretty much have to go to class. Dry sense of humor. Midterm was all written but not overly hard. Tests according to what he emphasized in class. Would take a class from him again!!

I really enjoyed this prof, he made topics that were not overly interesting alright with lots of class discussions. If you take this make sure to attend because his slides have barely anything on them and the tests have questions from the class discussions. I would recommend taking this class with him.

Hilarious Prof. If you go to class you'll get good grades on your exams. He does pull a lot of his questions from in class discussions that aren't posted on blackboard. Make sure you have good grammar and sentence structure when writing papers. overall, amazing professor! funny and teaches you how to think through issues.. not just memorize.

Easy tests, followed by a detailed explanation of how it was marked. Really well structured class, making it easy to understand concepts. His dry sense of humor gets me every time!
