Great professor if youre bad at math. He explains it to you in the simplest manner. If you do the homework & group work everyday you'll pass with no problem. He lets you use notes on the exams too! I failed math Classes all my life and this is the first time I got an A in math! So that says a lot!

If you're anxious with math -- Professor Mo will help you without judgement. I had withdrawn from 3 math classes already at De Anza and finally decided to take a 4 day class with Professor Mo. Totally worth it! The speed at which he teaches his perfect and he explains everything very clearly! MPS program helps a lot!

Highly recommend to take Prof Mo!Homework isn't due, lab is easy and 4sheets of notes front&back is allowed for every tests!! FOUR!!He wrote his own textbook so we can use for free); Such a cinnamon roll<3 He also drops your lowest test out of 3 tests the entire quarter. Go to class for the papers and lab days. Dont skip lab days!!

He's a great teacher. He's kinda quirky but he's really nice and if you don't get something, go to his office hours !! He makes sure that everything in his class is free and available to you --no textbook (its online for free),no scantrons, no mathlab or anything. I'm glad that I chose to take his class. Tests aren't too hard either

He's not a bad guy but he is a bad professor. Unless you have prior knowledge of statistics, don't take him. He introduces new ideas in every lecture and rushes through problems without explaining concepts thoroughly. It is very hard to keep up unless you're doing the absolute most for this class for example, such as getting a tutor and going to OH

took Stats with the MPS program. Daily assignments, 3 tests, lots of help from in class tutors. Mo is a great teacher, willing to go back and explain concepts, and is very patient, funny and quirky. 10 out of10 would recommend.

Took his Summer class. He's amazing & helpful. Hes a fun, laidback teacher. Hes willing to answer questions or repeat anything just so you understand the material. If you arent good w/ Math but HAVE to take stats in Summer, try to enroll w/ Mr G. If you fail in his class, it's because you didn't try.

Prof Mo is the one to take if you ever struggled with math. He offers all the help a student needs: txtbooks, slides, correctedHW, preparatory tests, everything is on his website. He's also available outside class, and very willing to help. Fair grader, has clear grading criteria, is very knowledgeable and funny; don't miss his class, he's amazing.

HW once a week, so is the lab, which we did in class. The class can be boring, especially if it is 2hr 30 min long, as the subject is difficult and dry. All the HW helped me as to what methods of statistics to use when. His prep exams and final were extremely useful, and learning from them was the reason why i was able to understand them at all.

I took his math 1B last spring. He is super nice and helpful. He gives group work every lecture but does not assign group members so you can work on your own if you want. He posts all the answers after every quiz, exam or group work. If you do all the work, you will definitely get A

Mo is seriously the best! His lectures are amazing and helpful. He is very intelligent and knows exactly what he talks about. It is not an easy class but he makes it seem easy. He is also very funny, which makes the class fun. I would recommend anyone to take his class. I would totally take his class again if I have the chance.

He's a goofy guy, liked him a lot. He's really experienced in the field and really knows what he is talking about. A lot of insight if you are lookin to go far with stats. The hw is pretty tough but the grading for it is effortfull credit. Exams are easycash if you do the hw. I'd recommend him, kinda gotta put in some work tho
