Storms is very kind and not a strict instructor at all. Once you get a format for the lab reports and notebook down, just repeat. She is willing to review your lab reports before they're due, so you can correct mistakes before submitting them. Feel free to ask for assistance during labs and don't be surprised if you often get out of the lab early.

Dr. Storm is a good professor but at times she can be confusing, so ask for clarification. Sometimes her tests can also be confusing but if you tell her she will try and fix that problem. She is willing to work with you and answer any question. She gives extra credit at the end of the of the course that will boost your grade.

Comment:

This is my second semester of chemistry and I was lucky enough that Professor Storms was teaching Health chem II with the lab. Her online course is easy going if you read the chapters and do the practice problems. The homework is harder than the tests. The lab with her is fun and laid back. She breaks the lab down and makes it sound easy to do.

Can be a challenge class. Teacher gives 10 In class activities which can help your grade quite a lot. No homework in the class and the tests are not too challenging if you study the questions from the book. Not a bad professor, but can honestly be kind of boring.

This class is super hard. I advice you to go to all SI sessions and buy the book. It was suggested to buy the online version, don't do it! She is extremely boring(first class i've fallen asleep in) but she does try to make it better with corny jokes. Shes a really sweet teacher but she it monotonous which leads to no one understanding. lots of HW!!

The most BORING teacher I have ever had. Extremely hard to pay attention in her class and she is always off topic. I haven't learned one thing from being in her course. ALL she does is give us Mastering Chemistry hw which usually takes about 3+ hours.

Dr. Storms is amazing! I did very well in both chem 1300 and 1310. If you're willing to study and do the homework she gives you, you'll pass with no problem. She's super easy to talk to and she makes learning chemistry fun. I'd recommend her to anyone.

All I can say is Dr. Storms is awesome as a person and a teacher. She is a good @ lectures (rarely boring) & is always willing 2 help her students. Knows chemistry and will talk to you about anything until you understand it. Tests are pretty easy. Didnt have quizzes in chem I but have to do WebAssign assignments. Definitly recommend her!
