Great professor at BCC, he teaches his lectures in the simplest form and gives real life experiences every class. Has a sense of humor, some test are take home, one easy paper with an oral presentation, and crossword puzzles and case studies for HW. Great class, great professor, easy A

He is a great, motivating, funny and inspiring person. You will probably regret that you took this class for the first two weeks. But don't be in hurry to conclude - you will certainly love him. The class itself is one of the easiest.

Really funny dude, easy class if you show up for tests and do all of the few homework he assigns. He has experience in having his own business so he knows what he's talking about, he's also really cool!

Comment:

Prof. Patterson is very knowledgeable. Teaches using a lot of his personal management experiences. Easy homework assignments & easy essay and presentation. Easy grader on them! The tests are multiple choice-which I don't like but he lets you use your notes, so TAKE NOTES!! Overall, I would definitely take him again!

Great guy who allows open notes during all tests. Gives homework, but very easy and straightforward. Even allowed us to take home a test once which he said he never usually does. Pretty cool guy who can joke around.

Likes to talk about nonsense the first 40 minutes of class. He will then show about 10 power-point slides and send you home. Tests are difficult, worded in a way that your're not sure what the question is asking. Very boring class, you won't learn anything that has real life value. You can do well if you can memorize the book yourself.

Amazing Professor. Really funny in class, very involving, and teaches very well. Has few rules to adhere too such as taking off your hat in class and no phones, but considering its a business class and its preparing you for the business world, none of that would be acceptable in a business meeting. Definitely take this class.

He's really funny, his whole class is a lecture and he goes through slides really fast! He gives homework assignments that will boost up your grade, a take home test that's really easy, a term paper that's two pages and due at the end of the semester and 2 tests. You wouldn't regret taking him !

All I have to say is PLEASE avoid his class as much as possible.He is a very hard grader and his teaching method is horrible.He gives you 5 tests,6-8 HW assignment which are really hard.He teaches a chapter that his going to test you on right after.You need to have the book or you'll fail.He is very boring.Don't take him if you want to pass a class

FANTASTIC teacher! Teaches from personal experience and loves it! Very lenient. Funny jokes, weekly hw unless there is a test that day, biweekly tests(some open book), 1 oral test, and that's it! Ethical question when class starts. Make sure you participate! Best teacher at BCC in my opinion. You will love his class!

Mr.Petterson a great guy! with many creative ideas. If you are willing to dedicate some time there is no doubt you will do bad in his clas at all. Just two rules no phones and no hats during class!Once again very intelligent guy! Take him!
