Comment:

This is the worse professor ever. He provides little explanation on his requirements and grades extremely low. Most of what he says does not make sense and even though most of his assignments are opinion based, somehow,we are still wrong. He does not give any leeway on mistakes in a paper but yet he consistently has grammatical errors in his posts.

Comment:

He does go off on tangents about real world "lawyering" and things students should consider outside of what is in the textbook and law. It seems arbitrary, but if you mix the rules/law with the real world stuff on the exam you will do well. Overall he is a great teacher, and I learned a lot.

He doesn't teach the course, instead he tells stories that have nothing to do w/ what will be tested on the final. He confused me more than anything. I was better off learning Civ Pro from BarBri.

HORRIBLE PROF!!!! He wastes class time on nonsense; does not explain the cases; and the final is not at all representative of what he teaches in class!!! Whether you come to class or not, your level of knowledge will remain the same. STAY AWAY!!!!

Nicest guy ever, and a big sports fan. He teachers you so many extraneous info in regards to the course, but you'll learn a lot. His Final is a marathon, but all in all not that bad. GO TO BAR-BRE to learn the whole course.
