I really liked this teacher. He makes you participate and he does his very best to catch everyone's attention with participation. He was funny, considerate, and would even joke here and there that he was boring, but was there to get us an "easy A." Very informative and interesting classes and a fun way of learning music and getting that easy A!

Dr Arcaro was an amazing teacher. I had him over the summer, and his class was a breeze. I learned a lot too. There are 3 test and he drops one of them. There is a final presentation (in place of a final exam) which is really easy. Overall, good teacher and an easy A.

Dr. Arcaro is an excellent teacher. He knows his Jazz!!! Class could be boring at times. If you take good notes and pay attention in class you will get an A. Open note test - best 2 out of 3. Listening and video assignments in class. He is a very nice person!!!

BEST TEACHER EVER! professor arcaro is my favorite teacher. although his class is sometimes boring, he's still a great teacher. his assignments are pretty straight forward as long as you follow the format he wants. oh he snorts at his joke, which are sometimes funny.overall great teacher

Arcaro is pretty awesome. i am taking his Intro to Jazz class and I love it! Although you should bring a jacket to his class. I FREEZE everytime I go in there. The listening assignments are easy if you just ... LISTEN. And the music's pretty cool.
