This was a very difficult subject. However, this is probably the WORST instructor I have ever had. I had to take this class for my career although I already have a bachelors and masters. He was not interested in helping the students learn. The last test we took the highest grade was a D and 7 F's. That says a lot about him as a professor.

Comment:
Professor makes class somewhat enjoyable, but offers a very difficult class overall. Going into our final the high grade was a 86%, mine was 80%... afterwards I received a B in the class and I seriously doubt anyone received an A. He offered no curve even though the second exam average was 60% or below. Beware of this class if GPA is important.

Possibly the worst teacher I've ever had. Should be fired, doesn't help students with anything and thinks its fun to fail 60%+ of the class. If you have to take this course, purchase the study guide which does help. Don't expect much learning from this professor. He should be fired.

The class, the book, the tests, the homework, it's ALL difficult. I think the professor does a very good job teaching the class. You HAVE to attend classes because the most important aspect of the learning is going over the homework. This is NOT an easy A class but you will actually learn.

ACCT116A very hard got B. Nice guy. No 1 can mk this class interesting. Like taking on-line class. Book $125 & HW Mgr $12, both terrible. Bought study guide $70 not worth it. Closed book test,some teachers offer opened book test. 3 test, drop 1. Hard 20 possible EC pts Must study lots. PASSABLE. Considered class avg 4 final grade, FINAL GRADE FAIR.

Accounting is a difficult course. Teacher, nice but poor instructor, like taking on-line class. Book $125 and HW Mgr $12 required, both terrible. Study guide additional $70 so I opted not to purchase. Closed book test, some teachers offer opened book test. 3 test, drop 1. Difficult & limited EC offered. 3/4 class withdrew. This guy NOT RECOMMENDED!
