I miss this guy. Best professor I have had to date. A lot of passion in his teaching and you come out looking at the world through different angles and lenses. An eye opener into history.

He is such a nice guy! We took a field trip to the Museaum of Fine Arts and his cute little wife came and they made us bagged lunches with sandwiches and chips and stuff. He loves his job and considers you his "grandchildren".

Excellent professor! The essay questions on his tests will really make you think (i.e., they are very challenging). He gives them to you a week before the test though. ONLY take him if you talk in class. Participation is weighed very heavily. His lectures move very quickly so be ready to write/type as fast as you can.

Great teacher really cares about the subject material and wants his students to do well. He has group reviews that help students by giving them the answers to the tests. He gives good notes and has lots of office hours available All students should be required to take him once, but you will probably want to take him more than that!!

this guy is awesome. VERY helpful on tests aka he give you answers if you ask....3 tests 1 paper thats it. Take about 15 min of notes every class. He goes ver y fast over them but you get used to it. Rest of time watch movies.

Absolutely spectacular teacher and all-around guy, he's like a grandfather... lectures very quickly so there's a lot of notes in a short amount of time, but he shows movies every class. Definitely my favorite Bentley prof so far.

So dedicated to his job, this guy is awsome... I highly reccommend taking him for either germany, world war, or romantic age. You won't have a better teacher at Bentley.
