What a wonderful teacher, he cares so much for his students. Always giving opportunities to meet with him to discuss and critique your paper, and even help you understand what it is he is expecting from you. He makes class time fun and explains the steps in creating your paper. Awesome teacher!

My first semester in college ever, gotta say, he was the perfect teacher for the transitional phase. Very lenient on essays, however there is no need to procrastinate because he prepares you very well during class time.

The worst Professor I ever had. Very hard to understand his instructions. He is not clear and you get confussed on what he really wants. A lot of essays, and he never grade of all them. He is not fair when he grades the papers

Mr. Osborne is a smart man who could teach you a great deal about "critical thinking." His class is alot of work (not easy) and sometimes he's isn't very clear with what he wants. Even so I think he's a nice teacher who cares and whom you will learn alot from.

At first I was afraid I'd fail,but Mr. O told me "you can do it". I did all my homework and bugged him a lot, almost every day, and PASSED with my highest grade for writing ever. Hope he teaches 115 soon.

Painfully boring, but insanely easy. You will not learn anything in Engl 71 if you have even basic writing skills, skip 71 and go to 115. If your writing skills are horribly bad, this class will help you. Mr. Osborne, if you are reading this, discipline your class! You let the students do whatever they want, it felt like highschool all over again.

He is really nice. He grade each person individually which is great because each person's circumstance is different. He grades on the work you put in the essays and in class. Not only is he a great teacher, he is a great person, he takes the time to get to know his students. I would defintely recommend taking his class.
