He's very organized & is a control freak, especially during exams. 3 exams & drops the lowest. Exams are straight from the book & includes questions about his lecture so attendance is mandatory if you want an A. He's crystal clear on his expetations.

the class was pretty boring but the teacher is a good one. he is fun and easy-going. even though I attended all lectures you don't really have too, except the first 3 sessions. he gives you a few hints before his test; only 3 tests, no final. all questions from the book. his tests are not very easy but trust me other profs are not any better...

The class is about as dry/boring as it gets. Not the professors fault, he brings cartoons/movies about applicable topics. He has TONS of real-life experience managing, & he has a cut & dry way of dealing with the class that I as a manager find amusing & educating. You just have to memorize terms to ace the class. I could have easily had an A.

Problem, 2 tests 8 chpts each, w/not xtra credit. knowledgable teacher, but needs to put more effort in to teaching. Has lost the enthusiasm f/teaching, students need interested teachers. Wastes time on irrelevant non topical things. One good thing doesn't allow people to get away w/CHEATING. More prof should do that instead of giv'g lip service.

I agree with everyone who did not like this professor.... one of the WORST I have come across here at CSUN. Does not lecture well (points out on overhard), does not explain materail throughly, tests unfairly, and spends precious lecture time on stupid comic strips....... save yourself the headache and take someone else bcuz this guy SUCKS!

Trust me when I say HORRIBLE PROFESSOR. Honestly, you woutd be better off taking any other professor at CSUN. His tests are difficult and he sucks as a professor. He gives you a lecture for an hour about how to take a test and really you will be sorry if you take him. Just horrible.

The last 2 comments are completely unjustified. The prof. is a very sweet guy and he doesn't practice any favoritism especially on the gender basis as it was mentioned. The only problem is that there are only 2 exams 50% each and no extra credit.

2 tests 50% each. I read the book & took notes, went to class, looked over books powerpoint & got mostly 10's on all the online quizes. Got a C- after the curve. He doesnt teach at all. Still uses overheads & won't update to PP because he is lazy. His tests are tricky now & have really similar answers. He doesnt care anymore. MUST READ BOOK TO PASS

Easy class. I never went to class, but got a B. I'm sure I would have got an A if I didn't wait till the day before the midterms to study or read through the book. If you're not a procrastinator like me, his class should be an easy A.

He's a nice guy, shows cartoons to keep class interested. Doesn't take attendance, which is nice. Two tests, 50 M.C. and that's it. Study books PP and online quizzes before test and you should have an easy B at least. Very approachable if you need help. I recommend.
