Avoid if possible. He selects his favorites and if you are not 'in' with him it is the kiss of death for passing. Arrogant, stubborn & downright hateful. Probably had bad childhood. Took his class/failed, took the other teacher mentioned in one review (SP) and got an 'A'. What happened over the course of one semester to go from F to A? The teacher.

I actually liked this teacher. Talk to him, get to know him and he will work with you on learning things. Take the time and do the labs in class. In the end, the labs are what he is going to be looking for on the skills exam.

Take Steve Perry instead. Henniggan doesn't hold a candle. The only students that like this teacher are the ones who already do some networking professionally. He does not help those with little background knowledge. Avoid if possible.

He was the worst teacher I have had second to David Clauss. He forms an opinion about you and stick with it. A friend of mine had to go to the hospital and missed a test, she got labeled as lazy and he never helped her or even talked to her in or outside of class again. The test are nothing like the lectures and listening to him is a waste of time
