Comment:

Such a good online professor! Being online, there's a lot of reading, quizzes, chapter summaries, and discussion posts, but they're not bad. He gives a ton of helpful feedback on every paper, and is very fast at grading. I imagine he would be a great professor in person as well. Definitely recommend if you want to learn a lot!

Comment:

I have taken many classes with Professor Senjo, he is a very knowledgeable man and he is perfect for his job. I enjoy every class I have taken with him. He gives personal comments on almost every assignment you turn in which goes to show he is very caring about what he does. Most classes have a lot of homework, but its college, so you should.

Though he may speak in a more monotone voice, I still personally found his lectures very fascinating. He makes sure you know all the material. The final was probably the most difficult thing in his class. As long as you work hard, read the material he gives, and prepare for your final, his class will not be extremely difficult.

Dr. Senjo. BEST Professor at Weber State University C.J. Program. Online course, he allows you to work ahead. Dr. Senjo really cares that his students pass the course; very thorough when grading you work and encourages ways to improve your writing in research work. Take his course(s) you won't be disappointed.

Definitely an easy A! Have to have 2 textbooks. Quizzes come straight from a book he wrote and are OPEN BOOK. He goes over what will be on exams and gives you the answers, so there isn't a reason to not get a 90% and above on exams. 1 assignment where you choose an article of your choice on a crime and present to class. Highly recommend!

Dr. Senjo is a great professor that will give you all he material youll need to do goo in his class. He is very knowledgeable about criminal justice and he gives great feedback on assignments and how you can improve your writing skills. Ive taken 3 classes from him and they have all been great!

Professor Senjo was one of the best teachers I've had. Hi is extremely thorough and gives you all the info you need to do well on in-class quizzes and the exams. Very little homework.

Dr. Senjo is an exceptional professor who knows the criminal justice system fesidiously, and goes the extra mile to ensure students learn the subject matter. Bright, articulate, and extremely intelligent, students who take courses seriously derive longterm benefit. In addition, he has an infectious personality and is easy on the eyes.

Just study, show up for class, and you'll pass. No homework. In class quizzes he goes over everything right before you take the quiz, so it's extremely difficult to fail a quiz. He only tests on vocabulary, so it's awesome. Tests 25 questions on vocab terms. Smooth class. Went by very fast

He's a little "different" tends to repeat sentences over and over again like he's trying to talk himself through it. Quizzes are easy - He tends to tell you when they are but claims they are pop quizzes. The exams are HARD. Some of the stuff we didn't discuss in class & he feels we should have been able to "deduce" the correct answer.

Comment:

This class was very enjoyable due to the professor being very encouraging and positive. There was no hw. There was just test and quizzes, which the professor went over before we took the quiz to make sure we understood the material. His explanations are very clear and easy to understand. Overall, great professor.

Great Class. Very easy and enjoyable. There is no homework just tests and quizzes. The test are always on notes you will take in class and he even gives some of the answers for questions on the test. The quizzes you take are open book and are very easy. I would highly recommend taking this class from Professor Senjo

Tests (only 3 I believe) are tough but in-class assignments are easy. Tests are mainly true/false. He knows the subject. Makes really fun jokes. Great class. Not very hard. I will be honest here & say he is so cute when lecturing. He makes his words clear and has a slight habit of looking toward the ceiling when reciting something.

Not only is the course material confusing but Professor Senjo is not a huge help. His grading criteria for this class was extremely subjective and he does not offer ANY individual feedback whatsoever. He will nitpick quizzespresentations to the point where you lose anywhere from 1 to 6 points just because he feels like it. Not a fan.

WORST PROFESSOR I HAVE EVER HAD! He is awful! The class seems pretty decent until it is time for the final. You pretty much have to rewrite all 17 chapters of the book. He is kind of demeaning and acts like he knows everything and is not open to your opinion at all. He gets very defensive when talking to him to clarify things. TERRIBLE teacher.
