I have had DrW for several classes. You could not find a sweeter, more caring teacher. She loves the students and if she likes you (show up and participate), she'll probably give you a good grade. That said, she is very spacey, therefore occasionally frustrating. She gives reviews of her tests.

Man, in this class she is comepletely disorganized. You have this huge lunch thing but she is shady about what she wants. Her tests are really hard and long, made buy this huge review where basically nothing came out of... She barely was able to answer people's questions.

Dr. Wittenback is by far the best teacher in the Hospitality department. She will always do what every it takes to help her students. She cares about all of us. She has truely made my experience worth while. Every teacher should be like her.

Dr. W is the best college professor I have ever had. She really cares about her students. She teaches stuff that we will actually use in our careers. If all professors were like Dr. W we would all have 4.0's! Be sure to go to class the day before the exam's she gives great reviews!

Yay for Dr. Wittenbach! I actually loved getting up at 9:30 for her class, even though we were learning about beef & cheese. She makes the material fun to learn. The tests are a little more difficult, but going to class and reading the book will help you pass them. I would definately take her again!
