Don't be fooled. This man is very nice, but very minipulative. Marching band requires way too much time, with not enough food/benefits. Wind Symphony is just like marching band; no good music, just loud and fast.If you are serious about music, take orchestra over wind symphony, and don't be in marching band.

Mr Barnett is an AWESOME band teacher. He cares about each and every one of his students, as if they were his own children. He treats his students with dignity and respect. He does a LOT for the BAND and he is awesome for doing it. I love it when he tells the band at practice or after a performance "You all are Phenominal and ya'll are in my will."

mr barnett is exremely phenomenal! he is the reason im in college band. I love that he is organized and has the highest respect for his students. I highly recommend him for any music class. he treats his students as if they were his own children. he also has the famous saying" yall are in my will."
