Comment:
Kellogg was great! I learned a lot about Latin American history and cinema. Book wasn't needed, very little multiple choice is pulled from it, and any history student will do fine sans book. Tests are mostly short essay over the movies. Class is either boring or engaging depending on your own attitude. Discussions were well led by Susan.

She has 2 midterms & a 6-8 page paper. Midterms were easy, it was only definitions and an essay. However, the subject to me was boring. I dont know how i made a B in the class, I thought I would make an A. She requires 4 books for the class but you only need to read 2 for the tests. She takes attendence but I dont know if it affects your grade.

I learned so much in her Latin American History through Film. I enjoyed watching the films. She grades fair, she is very punctual and organized. I would love to take another of her classes.

The class was easy, except for her lectures, which were kind of boring. You just watched movies and then wrote a summary about each one. Most of the movies were pretty good and interesting. Tests were easy.
