Overall, he was an amazing history teacher who made his lectures super interesting. On his powerpoint slides he was very visual and would engage in class demonstrations to keep the class awake and involved. He did not tolerate any childish behavior and was strict about guidelines. By far he was my favorite history teacher, a true inspiration!

The best professor Ive ever had. Lucky enough to catch him the last semester hes teaching, but he was truly inspiring and loved what he did. Despite me being terrible at history, he made his lectures somehow very engaging, even humorous. If you go out of your way to get to know him, he is really a great guy and means well for all his students.

I will remember this professor forever. This review is kind of pointless because he is retiring after this semester (SO I HEAR). The class was slightly challenging but he really makes you want to learn the material. Seriously! His lectures were the highlight to my day. I know this all sounds crazy but I promise I was not the only one to admit.

One of the best lecturers I've ever had. Very engaging and interesting. He gives essay tests, which are hard, and is strict about phone usage, food, and sleeping in his class. Be ready to take lots of notes. Awesome class for people who are good at history. Would definitely recommend this professor.

Honestly one of the best professors i've ever had. Not an "Easy A" but you will remember the material after the class is over because he teaches history in such an engaging way. If you keep up with your syllabus, go to class every day, and take good notes, you'll do fine. He seems intimidating at first, but he really does care about his students.

This guy is ridiculously rude. He treats his students like high school students -- yells at them for being late and yells at students for having phones. Also rushes students out loud while taking quizzes and only gives them 6 minutes because he's impatient. Basically not even enough time to write your own name. Awful and disrespectful.

I took Dr. Graham on my 1st semester. He really knows history but I would not recommend him to any international student who just get to US for less than 2 years tho i did well in his class. He is a strict professor and expect you to understand his instructions and does not help if you ask him back. He will treat you as a high school student.

Graham rocks as a professor. You need to be prepared to work hard, take lots of notes, and be there, on time, every class. If you follow his instructions and USE YOUR SYLLABUS, it really is not that bad. He is difficult, but his lectures are very engaging and he makes history easy to understand, even for us non-history buffs. I highly recommend him

He's a cool professor. More than likely it's usually a student's lack of commitment to being studious for his class. It's just history; more specifically intro history. History doesn't change. Just know the 'it is' & recollect. He is blunt, dislikes lateness & has a military background. So suck it up, enjoy his class & learn something from him.

This class is hard, I had to put so much time into this class. He is also kinda of rude, he treats people like they are in high school. If you ask questions he answers them sarcastically and makes you feel like a fool.

Probably the best Professor I've had in my time in College. More than informative and very well organized. Be warned though, his class is hard. Amazingly hard, but doable if you apply yourself and take serious notes. Also, attendance is a must, he hates lateness. Still, brilliant professor if you're looking to actually learn something.

Hist Thru Film...Dr. Graham is a great teacher, but be warned his class is NOT AN EASY CLASS. You will need to come to class, take notes, and study for tests. That being said, I will never forgot what I learned from this class. He is smart and engaging and I would recommend him to any student who enjoys learning.

Essay/ID exams, you have an hour and 15 minutes to right 2 to 3 paragraphs + a full essay on a given topic. Lots of note taken daily, you must write as much as you can. option of book quizzes or 2 reviews on books of a given topic. Have fun.
