I am horrible at math and decided to take stats online with him. His notes are very confusing at times but with hard work I somehow managed a good grade? Very easy going and good personality. If you show effort he will be sympathetic to your grade!

Comment:

Even for an online class he really does his best. He sends out reminders, will even check your quiz answers through email before you start quiz. Always helpful and has a good sense of humor. His powerpoint can be long but they are easy to follow along with.

Comment:

Mr. Clark is absolutely hilarious and makes this class so much easier to understand. This was a very difficult class that I had dreaded taking, but Mr. Clark explained all of the concepts very clearly. While attendance isn't mandatory, you really need to attend class to understand most of the concepts. If you need to take calculus, take this class.

Comment:

Hands down one of my favorite professors. Aside from being hilarious, he explains things in an easily understandable way and creates a very comfortable work environment. He relates math to the real world, making it easier to understand, and makes sure the whole class is on the same page before moving on.

Comment:

I'm awful at math and whenever I didn't understand something he was very willing to sit down and help me. If you put the work into the class he will like you, but if you skip class a lot and expect good grade you will not succeed in his class. Other than that he is a very funny guy and I truly enjoyed his personality throughout the semester.

Where do I start! He is hands down the best math teacher I have ever encountered in my life! He makes math so interesting and fun with his hilarious humor. He gives you printed notes and explains things amazingly well! Even after this class I always went back to him for help on my other math classes. Words don't do justice to how great he is.

Wayne has the ability to make really tough material seem fairly easy. He does tons of examples in class and clearly explains how to do them; very straight forward with how to find the answer. His sense of humor made class very enjoyable and easy to get through. He is also more than willing to give extra help in office hours.

Wayne is, hands down, one of the best mathematics instructors I have ever had. Makes class time enjoyable and the material easy to understand. Very helpful outside of class; he's in CAS almost every day. Highly recommended!

FANTASTIC TEACHER!! I took him for all of my math classes. I remember I needed help with studying for the final and he sat in his office with me and my friend for about 40 minutes answering questions and helping us study. He makes classes interesting and fun and has recommended problems instead of actual homework. He was my favorite teacher!

Wayne was probably my favorite teacher last semester. He really knows what he is talking about and makes it easy for everyone to understand. He goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone understands the material. It is a hard class but if you don't miss class, pay attention, study a bit for tests. You will do just fine.

Wayne is a great professor! All of his quizzes for my class were take home and he was willing to work on them with you if you didn't understand something. He makes a TON of jokes during class so be prepared to laugh.

Wayne Clark is the best math teacher I have ever had. As a student that is not good in math and is picky about teachers, he is by far the best! Hilarious guy, very respectful, willing to help you at all times and is always easy to reach over email. No homework, just recommended problems you can do yourself that he will put straight on the tests!

Wayne was the best teacher I have ever had. I am awful at Math and wasn't looking forward to stats but he was very clear in his lectures and math seemed easy to me. He was always available if you needed extra help outside of class. And he also joked a lot in his lectures which made class fun!

Wayne was a great teacher and he was always willing to help the students out who were willing to put in the effort. His class wasn't extremely hard, but not super easy. I personally had to do the homework that he gave out as an option to do well on exams. His quizzes are take home and open note, so basically just study tool for the exam.

Comment:

He was by far one of the best and most helpful math teachers I had! I emailed him weekly and asked for help and he was always helpful! Do the quizzes, study for the test and do the extra credit when he gives it to you, and work on the recommended problems you won't have a problem passing this class!

Comment:

First, don't be fooled by the chili pepper. But onto everything else. He constantly talks bad about himself through every class. Also it's like he really tries to make you look like an idiot for asking questions. To be fair though, he's very helpful if you see him outside of class. Take his class for an easy A, but a pretty terrible personality.
