If you have Math Anxiety! This is your professor for you. Step by Step Lectures making you understand the mathematical process. Exams you are allowed calculator and 11 x 8 paper with notes and formulas. He cares for the students success! Ask question ( no question is stupid) and he will explain in a different way for the understating of the student

Comment:

Dr. Ghori is by far the best professor I've ever had. Math is not my best subject and I passed his tests & class w/ an A. :) He provided me with great material to pass the class. His lectures are very thorough, he even helps you do some of the homework in class and sends you home with little homework. He truly cares for his students. Thank you!!!!!

Dr. Ghori I probably one of the most honest, positive Professor's I have ever met. His grading criteria is very clear, and he does a part of the hmwk in class and gives great test review. He usually allows a sheet of notes for the test for formulas, etc. He is driven for his students success, and I would take his class again. Thank you Dr. Ghori

He is such a nice professor, took him for 210, 212, & 114. He doesn't collect homework. Grade is based on three tests (final is by far the easiest). He does move quickly through the lessons but will slow down when asked. He is more than willing to help anyone.

If you let yourself fall even a little behind, just drop the class, it's pretty much impossible to catch up. He runs through the content at a million miles an hour during the review sessions, and you're not gonna have time to copy down the question before he moves on to the next one.

I would highly recommend this professor to anyone, especially those who struggle with math (like me). He's patient, caring, and extremely helpful. Your grade consists of two midterms and a cumulative final exam.

My whole life Ive had trouble with Math Ive even failed 2 math classes at De Anza so when I tell you he is an AMAZING teacher i really mean it. He makes sure everyone in the class understands the material before really moving on. You dont come across to many professors who genuinely care about their students and he definitely deserves credit!

Ghori is by far the best math teacher I have ever had. He genuinely cares about his students and regularly checks in with the class to make sure everyone understands. I have always had a VERY hard time with math but Ghori was always more than willing to spend time after class explaining and going over anything I needed no matter how tedious. 10/10!

Hes the best teacher Ive ever had in all my school years! Hes committed to helping students pass by LEARNING the material rather than knowing it just to pass! Hes the greatest of all time, will work with u as much as he can to help u if you are struggling. Take his class!!!!

I truly miss this instuctor for Math. I had him for 210 and he is just amazing. DeAnza should be everyone a favor and make him available for Math 212 & 114. Several of their other instructors just aren't up to the (math) task--he is.

Professor Ghori was a great teacher, he is funny and cares about his students. Tests were easy, textbook is not necessary but a lot of practice (you don't have to turn homework in.) Allows cheat sheet on all 3 tests front and back. He answers any and all questions, slows down his lecture if he is going too fast. Would definitely take him again!!

I loved taking professor Ghori. He is extremely kind and great at explaining how to do the problems. He really wants you to get an A in his class and he will go above and beyond to ensure that you do. You are allowed to have a cheat sheet for all tests and he didn't collect any of our homework.

BEST MATH TEACHER EVER!!!! easy grade just show up and write down all of the lecture easy quizzes and final was super easy he is great at explaining. the first half of the class is for his lecture and the second half is for you to do the homework in class.

Best math professor. I hate math & always got a c or lower... in his class i got an A . He makes math very easy to understand. If u need him to go slower during lectures jus say so he doesnt mind. 1-2 weeks of studying before tests gives you a study guide allowed 1 cheat sheet front nd back for all 3 tests. Show up everyday dnt have to turn in hw

I'm terrible at math but had a great experience in his class. He gives you the rest of class (after an hour ) to finish your work or take off. 1 page back to front of notes for tests, reviews everything with you before them as well. Great nice guy. Dont be shy and ask for help and raise your hand when you need it! Homework is manageable and helps

Dr Ghori is an excellent teacher. He wants you to pass the class & gives you all the tools you need in order to do so. It's a quarter system so the class goes by very quickly. I only missed one class & wouldn't recommend missing if you can help it. He encourages you to ask questions & is always available after class.
