She is not always clear when she is lecturing and when a student has a question she gets an attitude and tells them to not disturb class time with questions. She'll put on a movie for us to watch but then leaves and comes back when the movie is over. I don't understand the purpose of having 2 teachers when half the time they're not there.

There is something seriously off about this professor. Is she on drugs?? She is really nice but too strange and the co teaching with Massion is even stranger. He is really creepy looking!! And i hate that they make us watch movies to learn about humanities! I strongly suggest you take someone else

She's the only thing that made this class okay, Massion's tooling about bearable, and the grading remotely clear. She isn't an easy grader but she's super fair and in comparison to this Massion toolshed she's a real princess. Avoid the co-taught class like the plague, as the duo make a poor pair and even her fun quirkiness & stories can't save it.

She has a horrible teaching method.This is a class not worth taking for general lower division. She co-teaches w/ professor Massion and their class is strictly in-class essay writing and they have an unclear philosophy. Read the other comments! Her heart's in the right place, but she's a terrible teacher. She's really unclear, and to be honest, she doesn't seem all there. She'll often randomly laugh at absolutely nothing. Still, if you like film, it's a pretty good class. You watch a lot of great movies and the material's pretty easy. But if you don't like film, this isn't for you.

OMG this lady is a tough grader. take it from someone who has never had any trouble in any other kind of writing class, this teacher does not know what she is grading. she is so inconsistent in her grading it makes me wonder if she is even sober half the time. dont get me wrong she is super nice.

This professor it NUTS~!! She is nice and all but I don't think she teaches well. She is laughs at her own jokes and makes inappropriate jokes and statments in class. On the bright side of thing though, she is not a tough grader. So that is in your favor. Good luck... She made me dread going to her class.

Don't take her. She's a little looney. Nice, but i didnt' enjoy the class. I'm good at english, but it seemed I had to work extra hard to prove that. Papers that I thought were at least a B she gave a C. I dont recommend taking her.

She's the least helpful teacher at GCC. Her lectures are scattered apart and usually accommodated with broken speaking. Prof. Massion (the other professor in this class) was actually decent and his lectures were straight to the point. Adams pretty much brought down the class since she doesn't know how to teach.

Great teacher! Very helpful, understanding, and kind. She explains exactly how you should write the essays. You can use your notes and books for in class essays.
