Mrs. Richey is amazing. You definitely have a lot of work to do, but she makes everything so easy with assignment checklists and extra credit if you turn in a day early. I would definitely recommend her.

So awful. Literally, I messaged her multiple times about helping me get through a chapter and she refused to help me. She is the worst professor I've ever had. There's a time when it becomes too much of a math problem and less of a realistic answer. She deters away from anything realistic and is so far into the math realm, you don't survive.

I was initially enjoying the class and then things changed. She has rigid rules that she does not bend on, even if they have nothing to do with knowing math. I made 94 on a quiz and she deducted 25 points because I exceeded the time limit on the test, giving me a 69. In the real world the accuracy of your work is what counts.

i think she is great teacher. she doesn't move fast. she tries to make it really easy on students by setting up her own units by what she thinks will be easiest way to learn. she types the notes for the students making it very easy to follow along and if you miss class to know what you miss. she has some strict rules but she follows her syllabus.

Students have to make an appointment with her office to ask her a question pertaining to math. She will purposely ignore you when you ask a question before class. She takes off points even if you get the correct answer & do all the work if you don't put every minute step such as 0=0. Rude & unhelpful. Extremely frustrating & disheartening class.

Everything else has already been said. Let me add that she took 5 points of 100 off of a project because of a staple. It makes no sense. I had a staple, she added another and took off 5 points! Besides, staples have nothing to do with math.

She is not helpful. She refuses to answer questions unless you post them on blackboard. She is very rude to students, and overcomplicates everything. If you don't show work even on obvious answers she will take off. She is very unprepared for lessons, often making simple mistakes. quote " don't put that in your calculator, it may not be right."

AWFUL teacher, she moves way too slow in the class. She overcomplicates EVERYTHING! She doesn't answer questions, she says to post it online on the discussion board and students should help each other. She takes off 5 pts. from the entire paper if you leave out steps such as 0=0. No exaggeration. She is rude when you ask her why you missed points.

I would not recommend her to anyone. Does not answer questions in class. Does not help at all. Does not go over tests or other work when handed back. She also unfair in grading. Takes off if you leave out 1 step but still get the answer correct and show work. TOok her hybrid course and she does not want to respond to any questions during class time
