His BlackBoard setup is terrible. Everything is scattered and difficult to understand. Every week is a chapter of homework, about 10 multiple choice questions and 3 short answers and a case study with questions. He did let me move the midterm date for myself because I was going to be traveling and wasn't sure if i would have wifi, which was great.

His Blackboard setup is a total mess. Get ready to hunt for things. Miss class? He has zero sympathy. Asking simple questions results in berating you instead of helping. HUGE group project on a simulation which is literally the whole class. Not much learning other than trying to beat the simulation.

Prof Lekacos led my summer study-abroad program in Greece this past summer. For that specific program with the business classes for undergrads, he's a pretty lenient grader. As long as you put in SOME effort, you'll probably get an A. The assignments are way easier than he makes them sound, I'm pretty sure everyone I went with received an A

This professor is an example of how not to make power points. Slides all over the place and talks without stopping. The fact that he uses a simulation suggest to me that I could have taken this course without coming tot class. Makes it more difficult than it has to be and I am not some whining undergraduate I am an adult. Poor communicator

Lectures disorganized, assignments ambiguous, and slides are nearly impossible to follow. He has a love affair with acronyms, and you will spend as much time defining acronyms than studying for his course. Doesn't provide much help either. Would NOT recommend.

The class was so disorganized and it was so difficult to figure out what was going on day to day. His blackboard site was a mess. His presentations are not professional, and he requires students to create presentations in the same aesthetic as his. Exams are difficult, there was no effective way to prepare since the lecture notes were useless.

He is cool guy. Always willing to help. His classes are fun and knowledgeable. gives extra credit assignments-which are group assignments and activities. He made the class interesting. One of the best Prof for MBA on SBU campus. Take him for any course, you won't be disappointed.

He is very knowledgeable. I loved his class. You will get A as far as you submit all assignments on time and do well on midterm. Midterm was not so hard either. Not an easy subject to teach so the class was a lot of work, but hey most MBA classes are. He is a good guy I have known him for years. Just show up to class and ask for his help if you need it. He has always been fair with me. Trust me I've taken FIVE of his classes. Undergrads need to stop whining.

Sounds like a bunch of whiney undergrads who want teacher to do their work for them!! WAKE UP you're in College now. Be an adult and study, ready, and do your own work! Prof Lekacos has a wealth of knowledge, imparts his knowledge to you, and makes the class FUN. SImulation was alot of work but guess what? It's college, there's alot of work!

The lectures are helpful if you read the book. the class is not difficult and you gain a lot from it. the use of project, visio and arena. very useful.the exam is not difficult, the book and lecture notes make sence when combined, just looking at the notes might not be enough. not a hard class. the professor is helpful if he sees you trying.

His classes are useless. I did not learn anything from the class. When you ask him to explain anything in class, he was very unhelpful. Cannot explain anything to save his life! The class made absolutely no sense and i wouldnt advice my enemies to take this class. total waste of time and he is very unhelpful. Youre better off teaching yourself.

Do EVERY assignment and work with your teammates to do well on the simulations. The class is easy, but very time consuming. His lectures don't go anywhere, but attendence is required so go to every class. His class and his tests are fair.

not an easy professor. but i got an A in his class, since i went to every class. his hw assignments are joke, but do them regularly since there is an extra credit for all the hws. Tests are not that easy. thazz all i can say..but over all good professor.
