Dr. Bob tries to be accommodating to students. He replies quickly to questions. He does not believe in students receiving 100% on assignments. If you are a student who tries to score distinguished on the scoring guide, this philosophy may frustrate you. He has his own idea of what the assignments should look like. He is a professor who loves details. Is very nit-picky about grammar and APA format. The scoring guide is interpreted according to his idea. When asked how to improve on the scoring guide, he does not offer suggestions. Idea people should select another professor. I would not recommend him unless you are a detail person. Very frustrating class.

Great, Good, caring, very professional instructor. His class was very insightful, helped me to decide areas and interest in Psychology. Gave me courage that I would do good at a Doctorate level. This class was well worth it! Time and money.

This professor is outstanding. Helpful, insightful, and kind. His grading is good. Just do the work and 85 or above. great man and good on communiction and emails. I will take him again. Class was intro to PSY5002

switched the grading method mid class. I had well researched postings, 500+ words with 1-5 external resources and people who put 4 sentences and the text assigned reading as a source did just as well. Midway suddenly the final paper became the majority of the grade so people who only put effort in the last 2 weeks got better grades

I've taken Dr. Bob for three courses. Take anything he teaches! He is knowledgeable, talented, and well educated. He is a psychologist and an attorney; is a supportive instructor with a desire for the student to learn; provides numerous resources and asks extra questions to stimulate thought.
