Dr. Smith was by far the best professor I have had. He keeps his classes entertaining while learning a tough subject. Math has never been easy for me, but he will work with you as long as you show that you care about your grade.

Hes an amazing professor! I was in class every day and for the tests all I would do is look over my notes, and I never got anything less than a 90% on his tests! He gives in class papers, so if youre gone you cant make them up. However he does these journals and if you turn it in early you get extra credit. Overall an amazing teacher!!

I took this class online and it won't overload you with Hw and the professor gives great and thorough feedback and you can tell he cares. I loved his topics for all the discussion boards they were all very interesting and apply to real life. there were many extra credit opportunities just submit your work early.

Comment:

He is one of the best teachers I had. I love sociology because of him. His class was very easy to navigate, he did not give you an overwhelming amount of homework, and there was more than enough time in between assignments for you to pass. If you take him and you don't get an A, you tried hard not to.

This is one of the easiest class ever. For his journals, simply follow the guidelines, and turn it in early and you will get 10 points extra credit. But, you have to attend his lectures to pass. His lectures are always interesting, funny, and he is very nice.

DO NOT TAKE HIM!!! He's a very tough grader and just throws work at you. His exams are honestly nothing close to what you learn. His discussion forums must be in detail or else he's deducting points. Your better off staying away from him, trust me.

I wouldn't say the attendance is non-mandatory since there are in class assignments you cant make up, but I was lazy last semester and skipped a few times (maybe a little more) and still passed. Always has extra credit opportunities and tries to relate topics to our personal lives to help us understand them more. He's a really awesome dude.

Veryyyyyy strict on deadlines. Hes an easy grader if you do your work on time but he will never let you submit anything late. If youre not ready for online dont take him. However, he answers emails and offers extra credit. There are no online lectures so you need to read the book, he sometimes explains a topic in an article or provides videos.

A funny professor and a good one as well. He cares about his students and knows how to keep you interested and focused on his powerpoints. His powerpoints are the tests and they are very easy. Just study and the extra credit on his journal assignments help so much.

Professor Smith is amazing. He sends weekly reminders of what needs to be done, and its manageable. He had a few tests, assignments, and several discussion boards. I missed a test and was still able to get an A because I took advantage of the extra credit. You DO have to read, but the material is interesting and its not too much at one time.

Best professor I have ever had. Take full advantage of the extra credit he offers, it helps you out if you don't do so well on one of his exams, got well over a 100 percent in that class. Just do the forum postings and assignments early, you'll be golden.

I liked him. The assignments weren't hard, but he is a tough grader very tedious. But he offers so much extra credit that you are guaranteed an A. If you don't receive an A in his class you worked really hard to get less. It is IMPOSSIBLE not to get an A.

I never leave ratings but this one deserved a special note. Had A- all semester. Then I missed an exam Bc my grandma DIED. ok a death I can't control. Few days later I asked for a makeup, he wouldn't allow it. It dropped me down to a C with only having the final left to boost me. Sorry this guy assigns only1 forum weekly and 4 total exams. pathetic

The fact that extra credit is given when assignments are turned in on time is a plus to this class. He responds to emails within a day. Work was easy. Expectations were very clear. Easy to navigate this online class. Would very much recommend!
