Dr. Jackson knows his stuff, but at times he can be alittle disorganized. He said we needed to read the book, but i think i only opened it once, very monotone also, and he always likes to talk about how he has his 2 PhD's. Watch out for the term paper, it sneaks up on you if you don't chip away at it alittle at a time.

good teacher. very smart. The guy has a phd. for crying out loud, so if you have an attitude and are one of those loud mouths who think you know too much then maybe you won't like him. overall, very knowledgable, interesting and eye-opening class about black politics and race. he's also very laid back.

Comes 10-15 minutes late just about everyday. Took attendance almost everyday in my class. Complained about students with poor attendance, but he also had poor attendance. He missed 7-8 classes this semister. Reaction papers are the only assignment, plus a take home Final. He is hard to understand when he speaks. Class was easy, but very boring!!

This guy comes to class late just about every day.This class was a joke. I did not enjoy his teaching methods AT ALL.We had reflection papers and a long research paper to write. No formal exams or anything..but i missed class only 2 times and got all A's on my papers and i got a B in the class. :X

He is a horrible excuse for a professor. He just read us the text book..I could do that at home for free..and never talked about anything that mattered to the course. He said attendence mattered, but I missed half the semester and still got an A.
