Okay, so I will never take a class from him again. I'm sorry that he is not doing well and is struggling to stand, but that does not excuse the lack of explanation and lack of consistency in grading. Got the right answer but wrong way to get there? Tough, got the wrong answer but the right formula, tough for this question but right for this one?

Comment:

Dr. Chaz is the best math teacher I've ever had in my life. He does talk quietly, but he has a microphone so the entire class can hear him. Sitting up front if your vision isn't great is also a good idea. He takes the time to fully explain every concept, and he answers every question asked of him. Amazing math teacher.

Do not take this professor! He speaks very low so you can't hear him, he scribbles really small on the board so you can't read, and if you have any questions, tough, cause he's not going to help. I emailed him questions in the early afternoon, and he didn't answer me till 4AM! If you need help in math, take someone else!

I did not like him as an instructor. He was hard to hear and his writing was really small and hard to read. He didn't really teach, he just solved problems up on the board and didn't explain anything.

Brilliant teacher to say the least! He is very interested in making sure that students understand what is being taught and loves answering questions. I would take this prof for most all of my classes if it were possible. Do your homework and make sure he knows your paying attention and the you will do fine.

People make Dr. Chaz out to be alot worse than he is. He's adorable. He is a very brilliant man, but doesn't have very good people skills. If you do your homework the class is a breeze. If you ever have a question he is more than willing to help.

As long as you do your homework, and go to class and take notes. You will do fine. He does check homework for accuracy though and makes you do all word problems but trust me, you'll learn a lot and it sounds challenging but I really enjoyed his teaching. I'd take another of his classes. He's always available for help and doesn't take attendance
