We are talking about a college class people. I have seen the side some of you are speaking of however, if you do the homework and assignments then this class is a breeze and she respects you. The amount of work required of you is minimal to some of my other classes and she doesn't grade that hard if you attempt to do the work. It's simple, show up!

Dr. Fox pushes her students, but in the best way. So many in this class would get upset it seemed when she asked more of them but Dr. Fox really does care. If you want to be better at public speaking AND learn more about communications in general the take her.

The absolute worst professor Ive ever had. Sarcastic and rude to students. Its a speech class and shell talk down to students in front of the whole class. Absolutely awful teacher and person. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

not sure where all the hate towards this professor is coming from... really dont think shes that bad at all. as long as you come to class prepared and make an honest effort she's pretty pleasant. however, i have seen her being a bit harsh to students who are either unprepared, late, or frequently absent

She will do everything in her power the first two weeks to try to get you to drop the course but if you can withstand it and i did it's actually pretty easy class she might roll her eyes at you if she doesn't like your work but that's just the way she is in all honesty not a hard grader at all as long as you make an effort she will pass you

What a mean spirited person. It took me 3 classes to decide that this professor was not for me. Her vibe is just so awful. If you don't type something (which she won't always mention), not only will she not accept it, she will give you a TON of attitude. She may lecture professionally, but MY GOD is she unpleasant.

I understand that she is trying to make her students better public speakers, but calling them out in front of the class for their mistakes is extremely unprofessional. She gives lots of attitude if someone doesn't do something to her standards & visibly shows her distaste for a person with her facial expressionsbody language. I would not take her

This professor is inconsiderate and careless of the effort students put into their speeches. She teaches black and white. Very rude when there is an issue with your work and says she checks her email but if the email is not in her favor she will not respond and leave you hanging. Pick another teacher if you can.

I had a great semester in this class. I will say if you don't do the work you can expect a lousy grade. If you follow through with everything that is required your grade will reap the benefits. This was not a hard class.
