I thought a neuroscience-like class would be fun. It should have had more biology, and the teacher should have taught instead of using canned powerpoints. Between her and the book, misinformation abounded. My favorite was the incorrect definition of bipolar. Avoid her, for your GPAs sake.

This class is HARD!!!!!!!!! It is not the material, it is the instructor. All she does is read power point- which I could do at home. Attending her class is only necessary to pick up the extra handouts. The essay questions on her test are like a page long - typed. If you like to memoprize and not learn take this HARD teacher. Worse grade I ever mad

Dr. Hebert is a great teacher, yes hard, but she makes you think about what you are learning. Study your handouts and powerpoints. Her essay questions are meant as another tool to learning the information, so dont stress out!! If you are going on to a Medical field, she is a great teacher to take cause you will learn alot!!

She has been one of the most difficult teachers I have ever had in my life. She gives dozens of pointless handouts, and will give essay after essay.I couldn't tell if it was a lit class or biology.

Great Teacher wants you to learn. A lot of material to cover, she kills alot of trees with her handouts. Gives notes, reviews, will help you every step of the way. knows her stuff and wants you to know it when your done. Fun class enjoyed it greatly.

I was in someone else's, dropped and came to her class, she was much much better. I passed with an a. Study from the notes she gives on powerpoint, majority of test is taken from there. Plus she is very nice and will help you any time. Trust me, I have compared her to others and she is at the top

Dr. Hebert has been my most difficult science teacher yet. She knows the material in her classes so well she rattles off stuff and you're sitting there totally lost and embarrassed. Reading your book before class is a must if you want to pass her class. "Good Luck" is all I can say...
