Dr. Cooke was the worst professor I have ever had. She is very cold and rude. She made me feel like I was worthless and did not belong. I ended up transferring grad schools because she gave me anxiety and would never respond to emails. She missed half the classes, never gave feedback, and flew through PP and refused to slow down. She's horrible.

you get out of the class what you put in, I like edpsych in general so I thought it was great! you can make the final project fun & learn a lot. others in my class were clueless, never handed things in on time, and didnt follow directions & then wondered why they did bad. I say take her, she's great. tip: take the study quizzes online before tests!

Not sure what class those who said she was helpful took. She never answers e-mails and isn't at half the classes. Lectures are often too fast, test material very unclear, no study guides or reviews. Discussions are good, she is definitely knowledgeable in the subject, she just doesn't seem to care about the class or the students much.

She's a nightmare. She doesn't help out at all outside of class hours and never returns emails. Won't let you review tests long enough to even know what you got wrong before she recollects them. terrible terrible teacher

HORRIBLE teacher! Tests on chapters not covered, never responds to communications, never passes back exams, barely ever lets you know a grade, will not help students out at all beyond the classroom. She does know her material, too bad she can't teach to save her life.

Not a bad class. If she likes you, you are all set. A lot of people thought she was mean and difficult but just do what she asks and its fine. You do have to go to class and be on time - god forbid you sign under that attendance line. Kinda fast with the powerpoints but every class we had multiple discssions and she is very helpful when needed

Dr. Cooke is REALLY nice. She knows a lot about what she teaches. In class you take lots of notes from powerpoints which she flies through so it makes it EXTREMELY difficult. Tests come right out of the book which make the questions 10xs more complicated than they need to be. She's not very good about handing back tests/portfolios when she says.

Dr.Cooke is a great professor. She is very clear in her assignments, and always willing to help you out. Her tests are a bit challenging but study and you'll do fine! She also helped me with my class schedule for next semester and she gave me alot of feedback, and answered all my questions. She is one of my favorite at WSC.

This was by far the worst class I have ever had at any college. It was an online summer class, where we had to write 6 5-page papers in four weeks. The professor was MIA through the entire course (did not answer email) and we were never graded on the papers (at least no grades were posted). I got NOTHING out of this course but headaches. Horrible.
