We often thought he was having a stroke in class. He is easily stressed out, and over worries about every tiny detail. Didn't even utilize the required textbook. Did not teach a single lesson. Left all instruction to a third party company's freely available tutorials.

Awesome class. His approach to letting us go wild when it comes to webdesign is amazing. If you like asp you can go that route. I learned almost to much.. Which is crazy.. He is always on top of the new industry style web design. Funny as hell. "Slow and Easy"

Awesome teacher for C#! He covers a vast variety of complex data structures. He is more than willing to spend time with the students to help them prepare. He does overload you with a lot of homework... But, in programming that is what is required to become a good programer. Lastly, He is hilarious, strange and fun to learn from.

Most of my classmates and I play the "What mental disease does Blodgett have" game during class. I have no doubt he knows what he's talking about, but to us it's useless blabble and incomprehensible scribbles on the board. He attempts to relate everything to hockey and his Chinese wife. You pretty much end up teaching the material to yourself.

Professor has improved immensely over the last 2 years. Clarity is still an an issue sometimes. Prof is recommended for students who want to learn about industry practices over getting any easy grade, and who are willing to question and explore outside of classes. Industrious students will find him accommodating and flexible, others will not.

Lol, I'm guessing that the previous comments have been made by DeVry Drop outs. Doesn't surprise me. Professor Blodgett has been an excellent teacher. Personally I think he is too kind to the weak, I don't want to learn, I don't study students. I have learned tons from Blodgett. With little or no programming experience, I have gotten tons from him.

Woe betide anyone who has to learn to program from this chuckle head. I'm sure he's fun to watch hockey with (blah blah Blackhawks blah blah) but he knows zilch about computers. If DeVry is trying to make people leave the CIS program, he's doing a great job.

This guy could make a rock go to sleep. Has cured MY insomnia. Uses the canned powerpoints from the book but doesn't know enough to make sense of them. He is of no help. I could get more out of just reading the book at home with access to the server.

First Term Teacher. Not Helpful. Doesnt use the book, doesnt know what he is talking about. Uses the help desk daily!!!!!!
