He is very very strict and harsh in marking. The highest grade in the course was B+. But he is a nice guy. His explanation is pretty good, has unique opinions on the memoirs and very very knowledgeable. His pronunciation is very good too. (It's special, different from others)

The counsellor, he is a great english teacher although a tough marker. I liked him. He was talkative, helpful, insightful, polite, great guy. If you really want to learn english and at the same time enjoy a happy-spirited enviroment, take him.

I took couple of english literature classes with im last year, he is a great teacher, a great councellor. Very caring person, very helpful. Demanding. One of the best teachers I've ever had.

denis is such a harsh grader! i used to get As for my essays, and he only dishes out Bs. ugh. but at least it motivates me to try harder. hes funny and interesting - when im actually in class. tells funny stories. :)
