Avoid at all costs his dated knowledge is pathetic at best and you can learn everything he attempts to teach by going online and searching for whatever function you need aid on. Just go to W3schools instead of paying attention to him and you will learn worlds more that he will teach you in the long run.

Very friendly professor. Always available for extra help. Lenient with attendance as long as you are on track in class. Sometimes difficult to understand but he helps as much as possible.

He is a terrible professor. He is hard to understand thanks to a thick accent and he just is a pathetic teacher. He is a horrible grader, prepare to get low grades even if you do the work perfectly. He seems to give good grades to people who do poor work and bad grades to people who actually do decent work.

Prof. Sud is an easy professor. COMP100 is a super easy class and didn't demonstrate his teaching ability. It was basicaly 95% online and guided for a easy 100 in the class. He attempted teaching via slides but it was kinda ineffective. I can absolutely tell he is not up to date with current technology. Take him if the class is easy.

This guy has no idea what he is talking about. He lives inside some fictional microcosm where the world is perfect and he has absolutely no CURRENT real world experience at all (at least 10 years). He will succeed at confusing and frustrating you. Everything he "taught" was absolutely incorrect and backwards according to current industry standards.

Great teacher, very friendly and I think previous posters are just bit angry at the fact that the professor makes you work hard which is noble and unlike other professor who just give out easy grades, Prof sud always makes time if you need him and is always available for office hours.

I recommend Prof. Sud. He is very helpful and understanding. I like the way he teaches. His exams are also easy. I would take his class again because he is easy to understand and its easy to get a good grade in his class.

He will teach the same thing four times over in four different ways and it will STILL not make any sense. He has NO idea what he is talking about. Grading is not clear. He makes up requirements as he goes along. Also, he doesn't respect students' privacy very well. I don't appreciate being asked a personal question in front of the entire class.

It seems that he picks a grade for you in the beginning of the class and rates your presentation and documentation based on that grade. He doesn't tell you all of the requirements, then takes points for them not being there. He makes up requirements and you get no credit for including them since you are the only group he told to do that.

I took his database course. I see I'm not the only one that didn't like him. It's true that he is a terrible teacher. He really doesnt ever answer the questions clearly. I didn't really learn anything in his course. He's not the only CIS teacher that can't teach though. Devry has a better business program than comptuers.

wow, i've had this professor too many times, he doesnt teach well so when you do pass his class you'll go onto a more advanced class and fail that one because you dont know the basics. dont take this guy, but if you do know your stuff take him, and its an easy grade.

Sud has done nothing but screw me and my team during senior project.He has granted our dead-beat team member with high grades after numerous reports to the dean.We have been waiting for justice from the deans for over 20 weeks, and no one cares!FIRE HIM!!

ONE of the sole reasons I switched from CIS to TCM....couldn't understand what he taught, went too fast, had idiots for FA's....there's a difference between knowing how to program and then TEACHING it effectively (which, he didnt)
