Comment:

Don is a really funny and likeable person. I enjoyed the class and was interested in it a lot. He makes study guides for every test, which is extremely helpful. However, I feel like the tests are quite difficult and oddly worded.

Comment:

Don's a funny likeable guy. Literally everything that is on the tests are directly in the textbook, so if you read it you'll do great. His class is definitely one that I don't stress if I have to miss because the information talked about in class is just a more in depth look at the same principles in the textbook.

I find it hilarious how the people that wrote terrible reviews don't know how to spell haha I loved Don. I took three psychology classes with him and the lectures were basically the same each time around. Personality Psychology was weird af so I don't know about that one, the rest were fine. The test based strictly on the book. Use the bubble chart

Don Smith is an amazing professor! I loved his lectures. Not sure what others reviewed him on, but you can even use a page of notes on your tests, so it's not too difficult to pass. He really knows his stuff and opens up a whole new world on the topic of psychology.

This class is one of the WORST classes I have ever taken. He never explains anything to you if you have a question and the questions on the test don't even correlate to what we went over in class. I got a D in this class and I have never gotten a grade lower than a B-. He doesn't explain anything and the test questions are odd. Don't take his class

Don Smith is really great!!! He is hilarious and conveys the info in a relatable way. Make sure you read everything in chapter, even boxes;it will be on tests. Take this teacher if you get a chance!:)

Make sure you read the book, even the stuff that you don't think would be on the test will be on it! Exams are hard,you have three retakes, the next two attempts you use there are NO repeats on the questions, it's an entirely new test. Study before you retake

He's an ok teacher, he does have a sense of humor! But I feel like what's on the tests and exams are not what he talks about.. Make sure you pay attention and write down everything he says because his class gets boring if you take it two days a week.. Two days = 1 hour and 40 minutes, the class gets really boring. I honestly hate this class..

He had a great sense of humor and the videos we watched were interesting and is easy going. He sometimes wasn't overly clear in lectures, so make sure you read your book. Would definitely recommend to anybody.

He has hilarious lectures which make class interesting. He wants you to succeed. He has unlimited quiz retakes, and you can retake the tests alot if they are online. For his online tests, he asks some really random questions so you have to read the book.

Sometimes you have in class work so you should show up most days because you have no idea when he'll pass something out. The tests and quizzes are straight from the book, easy stuff. Sometimes he'll get off topic but overall he's just a typical psychology teacher.

Super lay'd back teacher, funny and nice. All test and quizzes are online and kind of hard. The whole class period he lectures but keeps everyone interested and jokes around. I would recommend taking him!

Don is a very likable guy. Always has something funny to say, but read your text! He has a very flippant additude about whether or not you need to read the book. Which to me seems like a given, but others didn't think so, and failed his class. The exams are pretty difficult, but if you study and put forth the effort, then there not too bad.

funny guy. but does tend to ramble. YOU MUST USE YOUR BOOK NO MATTER WHAT HE SAYS! He talks a lot but the quizzes and tests are all book based, he will miss lead you a lot about what is on the tests, sadly. but if you actually read your txt you'll do fine. in class gets off topic and runs crazy and he doesnt control it at all.

Entertaining professor, but goes off topic and talks about random things during every lecture. He is a likeable guy but his tests are hard and he doesn't teach the material very well. His class is easy though because you don't get homework. Advice: Don't miss any quizzes and USE YOUR BOOK.
