I was extremely disappointed that I did not learn anything about my career with this professor. Many of the activities did not seem directed to finding a career. This is an easy class but I recommend a different teacher.

I would recommend a different professor for this class. I was told by counselors that I would learn about careers but I did not learn anything what so ever. The professor is very unorganized and does not follow syllabus. I was very disappointed that I did not learn anything.

Every time I left her class I felt super motivated and inspired. She does a great job teaching the material, and is very passionate about it. I would definitely take her class again if I could.

She will help you as long your open with her. It was a very comfortable class to be in and I learned a lot about myself. She is very unorganized though but as long you do what she asks you should be fine. Have fun in that class! It should be fun your learning about yourself!

Donna is the best that I had, I sat at Chaffey for two years and another counselor had told me that I had two more and it is a junior college. I walked into Donna's office to discuss another students problem (I was ASCC President) and she ended up helping me. I found out not only could I transfer but she also got me 3 AA degrees. Love this woman!

Do not waste your time. You will more likely learn the biography of the professor instead of figuring out your career. If you actually need/want guidance, take another class with another professor. Professor Colondres is an awesome professor. She really knows how to motivate and inspire. If you need to take a guidance course I recommend Professor Colondres to the fullest extent. Its an easy "A" if you pay attention and do your work....ocassionally this guy who she thinks looks like Rick Fox walks by the classroom...and he is handsome!!

She communicates with you like a real person and is also professional. If you're having trouble with the other counselors or financial aid people, let her know and she'll be more than willing to help you out. :) Just show up to class and do the homework. Her Final Exam was take home and quizzes are open book. It's a super dooper easy A+ people!!!

Donna is a great counselor and professor. She really cares about her students and I found her to be honest, outgoing, helpful and funny. She has made me want to come to class and there are not very many professors that have made me want to come to class. She is one of them!!! A true asset to Chaffey.......
