He is a really nice guy, I respect him. But unfortunately, the chorale class is quite boring with him. We do the same warm ups daily and never do anything out of the ordinary. I love to sing so I will continue to take the class. Make sure you don't go on your phone during class or he will call you out and probably deduct participation points.

This class is so infuriating. He is a nice guy, but expects SO MUCH out of us. We have to sight read everything, he barely goes over parts , and flips out when we're wrong. Also he is the sweatiest person I've ever seen in my entire life. I love singing, but this professor make his class super hard to enjoy. Only take this class if its required.

He's a terrible conductor. He's a terrible composer. I only stay because I can't stop singing but he's really making it hard. He really sucks. Also he picks the worst most boring music. Also happens to be the sweatiest man alive.

So frustrating! He's an incredible musician, but expects you to be one too. I loved singing before this, but its now mostly a miserable experience. He seems to only care about the female parts. His social skills hinder his ability to help you learn. The accompanist has subbed and taught us 9x better. expects you to sightread everything. damn shame

He's a nice guy and I like the music we sing, but he does nothing to make choir an enjoyable experience. Maybe its his nerves, but he treats it like a chore, which does not make for good music, and he is not a patient man either. If you love classical music or need 1 credit with very little outside work, then sign up. Otherwise, it's not worth it.

He is a very good professor. He conducts well and is always very approachable and helpful. His class is a little boring at times, and in my opinion, unless you're a music major or a die hard fan of classical music, this class isn't worth the work for 1 credit. But if you are one of those, he's a great teacher to have it with.

I cannot stand his conducting. In choir, I never know what beat we're on, and it really makes chorus more of a chore than fun. He's awkward and sweats profusely... but... he's nice guy. I just wish his teaching was as good as his personality.

He's just my favorite professor of all time! Amazing man! He's brilliant, and funny (if you understand his humor). His love of music and his talent will always amaze me. Very cute like a hug-able bear and easy going when it comes to the class load. You will come away with something special. LOVE ED!

good kind man who gives a lot of information and is very excited about what he does. Only conplaint is that he gets so nervous in front of us that he sweats all over the place. Just dont sit in the front or aisle so you wont get sprayed or any bad whiffs.
