He's a great instructor! Super passionate about Native American conflicts of interest (maybe cause that's what the course was about)! HIGHLY recommend! Grading is super clear and he offers extra credit too. Study guides correlate identically to exams! Very accommodating & if you don't mind he occasionally swears when passionate about a subject.

Funny guy! very smart and knowledgeable about what he teaches, especially about Native Americans. He swears a lot! However, he is very nice! Doesn't take attendance. Take notes, watch video, fill out study guides, exams, and few easy projects.

Great and informative. Passionate about what he does. Some Assignments are easy, but tests can be difficult. Had him in other courses and have always found him to be wonderful! Attend every class if you can! Always has something cool to say! I have learned much from him!

WAY TOO EASY! This is high school level. Slacker teacher! If you need an easy GPA bump take this class. Huge let down, learned nothing new. Painful to sit through his lectures everyday, already understood everything he was talking about without opening the books. Just do the study guides because they are exactly what is on the tests word for word

If you don't mind swearing and can study a couple study guides you're golden. Anyone who complains about his tests is stupid and doesn't study or read the books. he has one study guide a week and a few per test.. the study guides are THE EXACT SAME as the test.

If you need a gpa booster, take this class. Although don't let that effect the integrity of the learning material. Eric will shed light on Cultural Anthropology,an otherwise unexplored area at Augsburg college. Awesome class.
