If you want to understand Microbiolgy, then this is the right professor. She knows her stuff and makes the course interesting. Exam questions are Tough but they prepare one to succeed in the nursing program. Trust me! Be prepared to learn a lot but work very hard!

She fell behind on material and rushed after the first half of the semester. Even though she didn't teach the chapter you're expected to meet the deadline on connect (which includes chp exams and chap hw). Take copious notes, the exam will focus on what she goes over in class. Always keep lab journal updated. But overall she's a good teacher.

She is god awful. She's nice but her tests are spread out and she's not organized. My class was confused most of the time and majority of our class failed because she wasn't here for an equivalent of two weeks. I'd advise you to take someone else! But if you do end up having her ask her everything you can about tests and assignments. SHE IS UNCLEAR

Prof Kamunge follows on the syllabus esp on labs. Always on time and excited for lectures. Help is always there if you ask, she's always open arms for students. Her exams LITERALLY depends on what the students wants. Exams are fairly tough, but know that everything on there was discussed. Study guides are given too. She's very serious with labs.

Great professor, missing class will definitely affect your grade, good sense of humor for the most part, she takes labs, / following instructions really seriously.I would recommend this professor for serious students only... as you will get what ever grade you earn.....:-)

You have to read her notes. All u need is in the notebook. Go to class and pay attention. If you slack, u will fail. I was into the subject but I slacked during finals week and I survived with a B. It was an easy class but u have to study and go to lab! She is amazing!!!! She drops the worst grade too

The best MicroBiology Professor,She is very clear,gives you exam outline ( tells you what she will test on) take the teat outline and study just that and you will pass,I love Professor Kamunge, she is very nice and patient,if you do not understand something stay after class and she will make sure you understand, READ EXAM OUTLINE AN YOU ILL PASS

She was an amazing professor. Takes her time to explain and uses real life examples to simplify concepts. The exams can be tricky especially multiple choice but if you take notes and pay attention in class, you will ace the exams. I didn't do so great on an exam and she took her time to ease me.

Positives: She's very generous with her extra credits. She gives at least 10-15 in each test and it helps bump your grade up. Negatives: Tests are tricky. You have to pay attention! She's also often 20 minutes late to class and rushes to finish, leaving no quality time to learn. In summary: If you plan on slacking off, don't take this class.

she knows what microbiology is all about. if you ever had a fear of taking this class, she will make you think differently. her explanations and details are extraordinary and trust me, you will never leave the same way you came..but just remember you hae to prepare for her exams, they can be very demanding but if you study, it will be the be easy.

A brilliant professor for the Microbiology course. I mean this teacher knows her stuff. I took her 2 years ago after which transferred to a BSN program and passed through the program as a joke. She taught it in a way any studnet who is afraid of Microbiology could understand. Her critical thinking questions prepared me to succeed. Great job prof!

this class was not easy ,i woke up at 6 to study for 10 am exams,her lectures were the best,her tests are tricky ,so u really have to study her notes and the questions at the end of each chapter in the text book,im glad i took her coz in MSU,i understand everything the lecturers are talking about thanks to this lady:)

I enjoyed Professor Kamunge's class. She is a outstanding professor. She is knows the material like the back of her hand. She is such a nice and down to earth person. Read the chapters and study your notes and you will retain the material. Don't be afraid. :)
